Red Bank Veterinary Hospital - Mt. Laurel

We had a great experience with the staff. Dr. Winkler was honest and amazing and kept in contact with me via text after my dog left to make sure she continued to do well. My dog is doing great and back to her playful puppy self.

My husband and I are very fortunate that we really never have had an “emergency” with any of our dogs over the years. Our 8 year old Australian shepherd, Opie swallowed a squeaker toy that he clearly couldn’t pass. After hearing great things about Red Bank we chose them to handle this emergency. Despite our very unfortunate outcome of losing our sweet boy 4 days post surgery I can still look back and reflect on the INCREDIBLE service and care we were provided. For starters, the surgeon Dr. winkler provided us with the most immense amount of knowledge, possible outcomes and updates every single step of the way pre and post op. His honesty and professionalism is UNMATCHED. Second, the rest of the vets and techs that worked with us day in and day out over those 4 days were beyond compassionate, patient and caring. It was so apparent that they treated our Opie as if he were their own and it put our minds at such ease leaving him there each night. Their love and enthusiasm behind every update call was heartfelt. Lastly, even the receptionist staff were welcoming, patient and kind. They never once batted an eye when my husband and I would hang back after visits to get a bill update. My husband and I will forever be grateful for our experience and can feel at peace knowing every single employee did EVERYTHING they could to see our boy pull through. Although we hope we NEVER have another emergency with one of our floofy children, we know without a second thought that Red Bank Mt. Laurel will be our go to emergency clinic. From the bottom of our hearts in the Pizoli house we send a massive thank you to all the staff. You are all AMAZING people. And to every dog owner out there, PLEASE throw away every toy with a squeaker. No matter how diligent you think you are with supervising your dogs playtime with them, accidents happen and it is NOT worth the risk.

We had never been here before, but our dog tore his dewclaw, and it needed immediate attention. It was off hours, and Red Bank was recommended to us. We brought him in as an emergency. They were very kind and prompt, took care of us immediately, and for a reasonable price(given the circumstances) Our Lucky is doing just great now. Highly recommended!

We truly appreciated everyone here. We were able to setup our girl's surgery literally the day after we got a consultation which was amazing. They took care of our girl so well overnight. Even I called them to know whether our girl is doing well, they were really nice to tell me how she was doing. Thank you so much for everything!

My experience was great. Took my Yorkie there for consultation and surgery. The staff was great. The surgeon was fantastic. He called us when done with surgery and explained everything. Now my Yorkie is recovering and feeling better already. Thank you to all staff that took care of me and my Yorkie.

My experience with Red Bank Veterinary Hospital was nothing but fabulous. Dr. Winkler was a God send. He helped us when our puppy broke her leg. Dr Winkler eased our minds, walked us through the process and did routine follow ups with our girl. While consulting with Dr Winkler you could tell he had our puppy's best interest at heart. He didn't recommend costly procedures just to make money. The staff is also tremendous. Everyone is so professional, polite and caring. I can't say enough great things. Everyone was great. They took good care of my pet bull Chaos they were very attentive. They took care of him wonderfully. I was very happy with them, he had to have major surgery and is healing

Dr Page, the hospital's ophthalmologist is wonderful. She was gentle and kind to my senior dog to examine whether he had cataracts. Dr. Page took the time to explain the pros/cons of performing the surgery.
My overall review - I did not need to wait for an appointment and Dr Page saw me at the appointment time. I highly recommend the Red Bank Vet Hospital.

My dog was having trouble breathing at 2am. After trying to reach an emergency vet through my regular vet. I searched online and found Red Bank. I called and spoke to a friendly and professional voice on the other end and was told to bring him over. When we got there, we were taken right back and he was seen right away. After X-rays and some diagnostics. Dr Romanides went over our options for treatment of my dog’s pneumonia. We left there with the meds and instructions for follow up after making sure my dog was well enough to go home.
It’s great to know that there are emergency veterinarian services in my area and I would not hesitate to use them again. They were awesome and my dog is starting to feel better with his meds.

My experience with Red Bank in Mount Laurel was very positive under a difficult situation where my pup was very sick. I took her in and got immediate attention. She had swallowed a foreign object that was blocking her intestines. The surgery was performed the same day and she was home the next day. She's recovering nicely and I'm very happy and appreciative for clear and caring communication. The follow up with Dr. Winkler was comforting and constant with immediate responses to my concerns. Would definitely recommend! Brought my kitty here when he hurt his tooth and needed emergency care on a Saturday. Everyone working was super friendly and the facility was spacious and clean. This was the only vet within a 30 minute vicinity that was accepting new patients and was able to see us immediately. Super happy with the care we received. And the prices are actually reasonable!!

This was the best experience I have had at an animal hospital ever. The staff were very friendly and even checked on us more than once while we waited. The Dr. and nurse were very informative and even for treatment they did not run all kinds of unnecessary tests to get more money out of us. Hands down the best animal hospital in the area! My boy is back comfortable and watching tv with us lol

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital was awesome. They were so gentle with my cat, Ollie. They sat and discussed all options with me, never pushing anything on me. I am very happy with my visit.

Always extremely pleasant and professional when calling for appointments and information no matter the time of day with my hectic schedule. First time at the hospital and it was a comfortable clean environment, minimal wait time, and awesome staff. Dr Winkler was extremely thorough and walked me through all my options for my dogs surgical needs, much needed in this stressful time. Had my complete trust that my baby will be well taken care of.

Five star review! My lab went there twice, for her eye and when she had diabetes and her blood sugar spiked all the way to 700. Wasn’t really that long of a wait but I did understand they had more dying patients too. I knew Lucy wasn’t the only patient.

The entire staff at Redbank was very responsive and patient. I felt like I was included in every step toward assisting my dog. I felt like the advice and options given were explained well. Excellent care for my fur baby from almost the whole team especially Dr. Scarano. I hope I can also take my fur babies there for regular care and not just surgeries. My only complaints are the communication with the pharmacist and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Also not everyone is on the same page with pricing or communication error about the price.. people need to prepare for such things so it needs to be clear and accurate and across all staff and pet's parents. I only had minutes to decide really if I could afford and got in right under the buzzer (so to speak) Just some feedback. Thank you Dr. Scarano and team!

Dr. Winkler and team are always so amazing and helpful. They literally saved my baby boy and have been so caring towards him with all the extra visits we have to do to keep him alive!
