Honestly worst place I ever been to as far as customer service. Stopped in few days ago and was interested in buying some paint. Lady had no intention in helping me understand the procedure. Nobody wants to help you explain anything. You would think by spending money in their facility least they can do is explain to you what and how what does what. Manager very nice. Front desk very rude especially the older lady.i decided not to do business with ignorance

Steve and the lady, up front, were not friendly, at all. It felt like they didn't want to be there, by their demeanor and attitude. Where is Jared? He was ALWAYS polite and professional, with no wait. I WAS a regular customer. That has now changed.
