Juanita's Mexican Cuisine

The Food was Truly amazing. Very tasty and flavored with meticulous preparation. I admire the health conscious approach since there wasn't too much oil used to cook dishes (vegetables, etc). The vegetables were carefully cooked maintaining its Freshness and flavor. The fish burrito and fish tacos were exceptionally fresh and satisfying. The beans with my shrimp faitas were authentic and well done. There was one noticeable unpleasantness, that of the wait time for my meal and lack of updates from waitress. I must acknowledge and mention in all fairness, it was a Friday evening dinner hour. I suggest more or equal attention be paid to in dining customers as those who do take out and utilize delivery services. Overall great food and high recommendation 👌🏿 for the restaurant.

True Mexican restaurant. Natural juice, real home made orchata. True flavors of the mexican cuisine. Went there expecting another americanize flavors and was completed in shock when that spice hit my tongue! Very happy experience, defitnetly coming back. It's one of my favorite restaurants now.

We did take-out from Juanita's for the 1st time. It was out of this world! My husband got the pastor tacos, and he gives it a 10 out of 10. I had the chicken fajitas and thought they were perfect. We both had the rice. It didn't look like anything but again it was delicious. It is now my new favorite Mexican restaurant and we will definitely be going back soon.

Great little Mexican restaurant. Decided to try it since we were in the area and saw the previous reviews. So glad we did. Great authentic mexican food. I got the tortilla soup and the torta cubana. The soup was good - just the right amount of tangy spice, not too spicy. The torta sandwich was awesome - large sandwich and absolutely delicious. I’ve never had anything like it and will be coming back for it. My wife had the fiesta Mexicana platter and that was great too. Large portions, served hot and tasty. Wish they were closer to us, but we will be back for breakfast - I have to try the huevos rancheros!

Our family loves Juanitas! We don't eat out often, but Juanita's is our go-to when we do. The atmosphere is relaxed and good for families with children. The food is reasonably priced, perfectly portioned and had always always been satisfying. Even our young picky eaters have branched out to try some of the tacos!!

If you want a quiet hidden gem experience with a splash of love in there food then go here. I've been to every Mexican restaurant on the planet and this place has my heart. I loved the chimichangas and the fajitas.

This place is amazing! Small place, but well decorated, only mentioned so people do not plan large group outings for this spot. Restaurant is a Victorian style house in a cool little town. Food is better than what we have in Northern California. Great place, great food, great vibes. I highly recommend!

Found this cute little restaurant while we were driving back from our walk so we decided to stop in for lunch and it was absolutely amazing! We ordered multiple things cause we couldn’t decide what we wanted and none of it disappointed! Definitely recommend them esp for the tacos!

I've ate at a lot of Mexican food places and this is a great place to check out.

A few things I'd say could be improved:

1. Responsiveness of service, there was so many people the staff was overwhelmed by the number of people. A good problem to have, but a bad one of not accounted for. (Busy Sundays happen). Hope you gotta find some extra help to give you a hand when it's busy.
2. The Pastor was a little dry but was fine otherwise.

They are consistently delicious! I have never gotten food from there that I didn't love.

I love it here. Food is delicious. It got pretty busy and we waited like 20mins just to get our check but I understand. Their huevo rancheros are the best I've ever had. I dream of them lol

Nachos are really crisp. Take out was prepared nicely and complete with everything you need. Mango shakes are great. Peppers are a must 🌶 with the sauce. Parking is adequate. Go hungry.

Some awesome vegan options. Vegan Burrito and Vegan enchiladas. Delicious. Quaint and Serene dining in the historical downtown and short walk from the beautiful river's edge.

We had a great time with the whole family here!
Very accommodating to groups we had over 10 people. The food was great and reasonably priced. I highly recommend everything! If I lived closer I would make this one of my regular spots. Great little town so go grab something to eat and go for a stroll.

Amazing Mexican food, most authentic I've had in a long time! Enough seating for local crowd. I think they do allot of carry-out. Sorry my photo has a bite out of it but I couldn't wait. Prices were very-very reasonable. Very relaxed and causal.

Tortilla soup was great. Nice touch was warn Tortilla chips with fresh cheese crumbled over. Had enchiladas for entree. Large portions. Didn't have room for dessert but they have interesting selections. I like the low key atmosphere. Also friendly service. Wish it was closer to home.

I had beef enchiladas with mole and it was delicious! The red and green salsa that comes by the chips were really fresh and tasty, too. And I loved agua de Jamaica.

Can't say enough good things about this place. It's really good 👍

Probably the best tacos in South Jersey. I haven’t had tacos this good since I was living in Tucson!
