The staff at Denas Runnemede are awesome. Mike and John are amazing. They didn’t push me into feeling like I needed to purchase my vehicle instead they made me comfortable with the whole process. John is awesome he keeps you informed every step of the way and even offered a follow up call to see how things were. I’ll definitely recommend people to this location and I’ll definitely be purchasing my future cars from here.

I feel like every single person will have a seperate experience in any situation. I bought a 2007 Infiniti g35 from denas auto. I love my new to me car. I gave this place 5 stars because the sales people were amazing and took care of me. Go see John!! Hes a fast talker but he is honest and tells you how it is and I appreciate that. They walked me threw every step of what always is a scary car buying experience and made it incredibly tolerable. They have some great perks they offer to there customers and the best thing is they mean it when they say everyone is approved lol. I reccomend them for more than just one reason and when you get there tell them Roshy sent you!!!

Came there and got a dodge ram from them car drives amazing I've had zero problems with it.. the staff was great I didn't feel rushed or like I was being handled like at your usual car dealer I recommend going and speaking with john or mike and your get taken care of.

The guys were nice but they sold me a bucket with a very high interest rate. I do not recommend this lot!

Dena's auto is by far the worst place to get a car, absolutely horrible service. The took advantage of the fact I was a first time buyer and sold me a car with all types of problems. I was told that there was absolutely no problems what so ever and not even 24 hrs later the engine was smoking, obviously it was a pre-existing issue and they would not fix the car after one of the employees told me they would take care of it. Totally unprofessional. If you're looking to buy a car please go somewhere else so u don't have to go threw what I'm dealing with..

Too many complaints about them selling lemons. Customer service is unprofessional and under trained when dealing with vehicle maintenance and management. No certified mechanics at dealership to ensure cars are in safe and operational condition before they leave the lot.
Unless you’re a mechanic, I suggest you DON’T try buying a car from here.

My experience here was below 1 Star, the vehicle I purchased has so many things wrong with it that was not told to me at all. Rear AC had a leak when I got it. They claimed they gave it a thorough check bumper to bumper. Door light would not go off, left mirror needs a new motor so it can fold, right mirror stop going up/down, I had to replace the rear door locks. Their are items on the contract they are suppose to fix. One manager said buy the part and will fix it, then that manager got let go. Another manager stopped it. But they Renigged! On that, I'm never purchasing another vehicle from this place.
