It could not have went smoother start to finish! For the purchase of our new home and for the sale of our old home Kim did an incredible job. The process was much smoother then I would have ever imagined. Kim and her staff were extremely professional from day one. All items regarding the purchase, sale, inspections, permits, etc. were highly organized, which made the entire process move very quickly and without any hiccups. It could not have went any better in my opinion.

Buying or selling you want Kim as your realtor. Kim just helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. She is knowledgeable, knows the market well and knows what you need to do to get your house sold. She knows what the building inspectors are going to want and what things you need to spruce up to get your house to be a seller. And if she doesn't know something, she's not afraid to tell you and to seek out the knowledge that you need. She is right there with you emotionally and professionally. After I sold my house that is when the market decided to dry up and there was hardly any houses to find. I started to become less picky and ready to buy houses that really were not the best for me. Kim was not afraid to tell me that I was making a bad decision. She would explain why. And in the end, she got me the house that I pictured all along. Kim, along with Allison were wonderful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a home or if you're looking to sell your home that you use Kim and her team. You will not be disappointed. They will be right there with you and they will be looking out for you.
