Legacy Treatment Services

I joined the Legacy family almost eight years ago. Have had offers from other agencies over the years but would not consider leaving. Work with professional, caring, and dedicated teams that have made positive changes in the youth we serve. ARS VP very supportive, respects and recognizes the value of ABA in treatment of the DD population.

Monte Carlo Night & the Annual Golf Classic are two of my favorite social events of the year. At the New Jersey Golf Foundation, one of our largest programs in PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere). Many of the Veterans we serve seek treatment at Legacy & the work of the entire Legacy Team is second to none. You really are changing the lives of so many individuals & families for the better. I have been a proud supporter Legacy for more than 10 years. The work the agency does in our communities is so vital. The number of vulnerable children, adults and families has grown exponentially, and they continue to rise to the challenge!

I've worked at Legacy for three years, and can't imagine working anywhere else. Vast majority of the staff are committed to improving outcomes for those we serve. Staff are valued and respected. I’ve been an employee for 13 years and have worked in a number of different roles. Legacy places an emphasis on continued learning and professional development and is a great organization to work for. Throughout the agency, I’ve worked with highly skilled staff that are both compassionate and supportive, which is demonstrated in the care provided. I have been working at Legacy Treatment Services for about a year and a half as a Director. In that role, I have been able to build an amazing and talented team that strives to be the best at what we do each day. We collaborate and share ideas freely while leadership is consistently finding new ways to help our community. I'm grateful to be a part of this organization.

Working for Legacy has been a wonderful experience. I joined the organization almost 2 years ago as ARS Director under the tutelage of VP of ARS, Kevin Kelly. Most proud of the organization of their strategic planning, the mission and vision of the organization, the organizational structure, the autonomy extended to my position, the qualitative care for the youth served, the support of the entire team and the friendly working environment.

Staff and administration go above and beyond to ensure that the clients are receiving the best possible care and meet their treatment goals. I have worked at Legacy for five years, and I hold the position of ARS Director. In that role, I have been privy to see amazing work from different levels of management and thriving amazing youth that are being served by this A + organization. Youth who came with little to no social skills, limited to no communication abilities and impulsive behaviors. Left Legacy being able to learn sign language, use communication devices, share items with others, have genuine care about others emotions and were able to have self control and identify their triggers and I cannot leave out go to prom. All of this could not nor continue if it was not for the staff,clinicians,behaviorist, apn's nurses, vice-presidents and presidents caring, being dedicated to the safety, and being vested in the positive growth in the youth we serve. In addition, Legacy has other departments that help create legacy to be the best so that we can continue to do EXCELLENT work. The operations team keeps our furniture in good condition, the buildings and sites are maintained in good condition. Our I T department keeps our computer systems operating 24 hours 7 days a week. The training department they are knowledgeable and implement trainings that will assist staff in verbally de-escalating crisis incidents. The HR department they are instrumental in ensuring we are maintaining creditentals, certifications, and professional standards. The finance department they maintain our expenses to ensure we continue to have income for our youth to experience day trips and activities that enhance their social skills. The payroll department they encourage all members of Legacy to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding their checks. The vehicle fleet department they keep the vehicles safe to drive and maintain that safety by regularly utilizing outside service departments. This great work that we do does not stop there. We have a vice-president that will work with line staff members to help keep our youth we serve safe and engaged in positive growth. We have our COO who is an active member in committees that encourage line staff and in fact all members of all departments to have a voice in suggesting different activities that will help in keeping staff morale and self-care at the forefront. So Liberty Lake is one of the annual events that Legacy members can experience that does help with self-care for the Legacy members. Last but not least, we have our president and ceo who continues to network so that Legacy can continue to grow by advertising our company on the radio station,by going to different events that recognize the superb work that all of Legacy Treatment Services does for members of the team and community. LEGACY TREATMENT SERVICES has and continues to give me growth, knowledge, and skills that help me, but MOST Importantly helps me be able to give my time, dedication,and compassion to the children and Adolescents that we serve. I have been enjoying myself thus far here at LTS. I am Program Director of Cheryl House a (IRTS) program for adolescent youth. I would love a little more $$$ but the flexibility, experience and supportive administration make it a comfortable journey.

The charity golf outing event with Legacy Treatment Services was so wonderful that I look forward to next year's outing already. The event was perfectly organized at the beautiful course (The Union League) and proceeds go to this most worthy of causes. I have been working at Legacy Treatment Services for one year as a Program Director and I can honestly say that this experience has given me all the more reason to further my education in the clinical mental health field.

Hello my name is Rito Chavez im 51 years old from Abilene Tx my experience with legacy healing center this was my first treatment center ever .Truly blessed for being able to be at legacy it was most wonderful job I've experienced can't say enough about the people who work at this great place the house techs are the best met alot of good people with bad. Cituations who are still my friends today.Thanks i owe my life to legacy without this treatment im sure i would be be homeless without my family love everyone at legacy if feel you need do not hesitate call this great place they can and help you
