A few weeks ago we bought a 2010 Sonata. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth. They even went out of their way to touch up a few spots on the car and delivered the car to our house! I will most definitely be a returning customer. Came here to buy my daughter her first car and my experience is the best I have had at any car dealership! As a mother of 4 kids and buying all of them cars I wish I knew about this place beforehand because I would have brought each and every one of their cars from here!!!! I told Eric my budget and not only did he find the perfect car for her I was able to keep over $600 in my pocket from my budget!! Great service great people will be back for my youngest!!

We purchased a used vehicle from BH Automotive this week. Eric was our salesperson and he was awesome. The vehicle had low mileage and was fairly priced. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and extremely competent. The process was handled seamlessly. Great customer service, quality vehicles. Just recently purchased a car from this place. I had a really good experience with a used car dealer for once. They explained everything to me, and I ended up purchasing a car for outright for cash instead of financing it. They showed me how much I would save over time by purchasing my truck for cash, even though they would have made more money if I financed it, like I originally planned on doing. These guys are good, down to earth, and didn't try to take advantage of me. I recommend this place 100%.

Just got a car from this place and they were amazing. Eric Witherspoon and his brother were the most honest sales dealership I’ve ever been too. They gave me the carfax and even let me take it to my own mechanic to have it checked out. I highly recommend buying a car from this place.

Good people! Family business, who understand family! I went here to get a car for my first time driver. I wanted something safe and reliable however not to expensive. Eric and the guys were very helpful. I have not purchased a used car in a long time, they made the experience very easy. I left very comfortable and felt like there was a good trusting relationship.

This was the easiest transaction I've ever had in regards to buying a car! Everyone was very friendly, the car was in really good shape at an amazing price, and I was in and out in under an hour. Grate place to buy a car. My father in-law an I both got cars from them. For me it was a good car buying experience. Very friendly staff and very informative on the cars and condition. Fair pricing. After spending a week at multiple used car lots I came across BH auto. They went out of there way to get a truck I want for a price that fit my budget. I’m now buying a second car from them. I’m very happy with my experience. I would recommend them to others looking for a good runing n well priced used car or truck.

I did not purchase a vehicle during my visit to this location but the customer service and patience exhibited by the owners was excellent. They listened to what we wanted, they showed us their options and they were very honest about their pricing. They allowed us to test drive as many times as needed and as soon as I am ready to purchase, it will be from this dealership only. I am actually excited for when we are ready to buy a new car.

I wanted to write about my positive experience buying a car at BH Automotive . As you can see I gave them 5 stars and they deserve every one . In the past I have had one bad experience after another buying a used car from salespeople who had no conscience selling cars with “No Issues “ that had major issues once I left the lot . Lucky for me I stumbled across this dealership on a site called Let Go . Eric Gutierrez had listed cars for sale and I decided to travel from Pa to Jersey to check them out. When I got there Eric was extremely helpful , professional and true to his word. Once I went into the office I had a chance to meet the owner E and the rest of his family . They all worked together in this business and I can’t say enough great things about how I was treated. GOOD PEOPLE is all I can say ! An amazing experience ! I love my car!!!Thanks guys 😃🚘

Ya know, you go to a dealership, expecting to have to fight, negotiate, spend all day waiting for paperwork ect. Not here. These guys do it because they enjoy it. Family run, fair prices , and NOT OUT TO RIP YOU OFF! Pity I can't say that about all dealers in Woodbury area, but this one I bought 2014 AWD Ford Edge. Great price approved by AutoCheck. They are true stand up guys, and I feel as though I made new friends. I have bought at least 15, maybe 20 cars in my life and never had this pleasant a experience. That's not including all the dealerships I have been to.They brought it to my house for me so I could surprise my wife and new driver daughter. BH Automotive made it affordable and were willing to put it up on a lift so I could check it out, or I could have taken it to my mechanic for they day. I don't generally write good reviews, you have to really Wow me. Eric did just that, as did his brother and father. Class act all the way. Support local businesses, you won't regret stopping to check it out. Just say Hi, no pressure at all. We will be buying another car from them, maybe many more. Great service and great prices. I visited the store looking for a 2nd car for work. Chazz was extremely patience and told me exactly what was wrong with the car. Didn't sugar coat anything. Was extremely honest and patient. I will definitely be back to buy another soon. I am a happy customer. Its rare to feel respected and valued at a dealer. These salesman didn't pressure me once.
