Erick V went above and beyond customer service helping us inside and outside the store after his shift ended. his knowledge of automobiles is incredible we cannot thank him enough .without his help we would have been stranded 50 miles from home! The store manager here was very helpful and she knew a lot about vehicles and was very knowledgeable about the product I needed to buy after I ran the computer test on my car to see why my check engine light was on.

I love auto zone. The employees are very helpful. Whatever I need assistance with its never a problem. I needed a brake light replaced I went to pep boys they told me I needed an appointment, I went to AutoZone they changed it without hesitation.

Employees are so nice and always will find out what you need if they can't find it they will look for an hour the only 1 I go to

I’m under my dads email , lol but today at auto zone I went in for a new light and employee HECTOR A. took the time in the cold to come make sure the light was out before I purchased anything !!! He could have just sold me my item and continue his shift but he didn’t ! I really appreciate his service , he was hands on and right to the issue & he fixed my light I didn’t have to spend a dime ! Thank you hector for taking the time to help me , I didn’t know what to do lol I’m a young female who doesn’t know a thing about cars so thank you !! Hector is located at store 1892

Had to purchase a brake light that I found out the was broken. The staff was helpful with finding the specific bulb for my car. Was not as expensive as I thought it would be.
