Just like my first experience., I was very satisfied this time also. Once again greeted as I entered. And show to exactly what I was looking for. Also my car was all the way down, n one of the employees can out to the parking lot to check on me after I was still there 3.5 hours later.

They were very respectful the customer service was very phenomenal the young men were on point they was eager to help the customers as myself I brought windshield wipers the young guy came out and actually put them on for me I appreciate them my first time being there AutoZone type of lady not anymore advance Auto is my new store keep up the good.

Darius was awesome in assisting me; and, greatly appreciate his helping me find what I needed for my Honda.

I'm always using this store to get my auto parts the manager and her stuff are truly helpful pleasant even when there extremely busy and means a lot i wish I remeberd her name i do know she's the manager not only is she absolutely beautiful she's very knowledgeable about car's and car parts another employee that also is very helpful is lou. Sales Associate listened and recommended without pressuring me. As I put the part into my 1999 car it gave I could sense new life going into it. The car lasted another 6 months but, hey 325, 000 miles...it finally said "good bye."

Very nice staff the floors seem clean and the store seems to be in decent condition as far as customer service goes a name of the name Anthony helped me out a bunch he helped with brake fluid,brake light and headlight bulb mans good at what he does great store !!!

The assistant was great he was of Spanish descent with black rimmed glasses/ name unknown but advice he gave me was great he kept it real, saved me money and had my Taurus purring like a kitten so as "Arnold said it best I'll be back lol....

Had to go get my battery charged. Staff was polite. Store Wasn't very busy so I was waited on immediately

They directed me with easy to the objects I needed for my car. Friendly customer service that is how I want to be treated when I walk into a store.

You know I don't go here much but they do have everything that AutoZone has, customer service's pretty decent. And truthfully price is not bad either just a little out of my way when I go

Great customer service. Now if u are looking for something for ur car n don't want to be all day make sure u know the make & model of ur car or the car shopping for along w yr, n some other questions like 1 muffler or 2 muffler n others just know ur car info to be helped better n faster

I know little to nothing about cars so it was comforting to have an associate know what was wrong with my car after a scan and inform me on some steps I might want to take to repair my car.

The man who helped my boyfriend & I name was Bear .. he was such a great help to us! He went above & beyond for what we needed especially since we really didnt know what we doing or looking for lol.
