It's the worst car dealer ive ever seen. i bought a Volkswagen cc 2011 for 6k here, the dealer used every single one salesman technique he has learned throughout his career life, telling me that it has no problems at all. It turned out having an awful oil leaking and engine problems the same day i bought it, so i had to tow the car back to the company and wait for them to fix it. However, the company would not refund me or fix it as they promised on the sale of bill, and they don't even bother to deal with the problem. Several days later, they junked my car without letting me know while the car title is already under my name, then they even tried to sell me another car, telling me this is the only way i don't lose too much. The funny thing is that most of car dealers and mechanics on the that street know that Blue Auto Emporium is a notorous rip-off, they don't sell normal cars. So, here is a little advise for yall on google or facebook marketpalce: 1) bring your own mechanic or have someone professional checked the car out before u take it home. 2) read through the paper works the company gives you. 3) If yall ever have some problems like i did, just talk to the State Attorney General or Kimmel & Silverman.

My husband bought a truck from there a month ago, waiting on tags and title for over a month. Keep calling the dealer who he purchased the car from and the dealership with no luck, no answer and no return phone calls. He purchased this vehicle outright cash, and there is no return phone call to come pick up the title, tags or anything. They said to pay over the phone last week, which we were not going to do because everything seems fishy how they deal with things. Any suggestions? I would not even rate a start if I had the option to. This place is ridiculous.

UNSAFE DEALER SELLING UNCHECKED AUCTION CARS!! Extremely Dangerous Vehicles!! Just recently bought a Volkswagen beetle convertible from them after purchasing through FB marketplace. Seemed nice enough, even though they didn't give me the title at time of purchase (weird) and had to get someone willing to drive to Philly to bring this title. I should have known I'd messed up when someone there casually slipped that they buy their cars from the auction. Why is that a big deal? Because I'm assuming they have, if not via formal inspection, but through 40 point mechanic inspection --checked out the safety of the cars they sell. WRONG!!! Within 2 weeks of not being driven waiting for title....my battery had to be replaced. Two tires went out. And the nightmare of nightmares. I'm driving with my son, and I'm told by a fellow driver that yet another tire is bad. Put on hazard, driving like a snail, see a place to pull over to park downhill....and brake FAIL. Complete brake failure. We are free falling down a residential sidewalk between cars and homes and are beyond fortunate to have our lives. When I message them they say "Oh we can't do inspections". Are you kidding me. A thorough mechanic check to confirm this car is sound and not a hazard to driver and others was NOT done. This place is literally FLIPPING AUCTION CARS sight unseen mechanically.... doing the bare minimum to jump them, and offload them, at complete risk to buyers so they can keep even more profit. How are you THAT CHEAP AND RECKLESS!!! Ruuuuuuun from this place. It's russian roulette with your money and in my case potentially your life or others!!
