Kind and very helpful. The first car I had ended up having issues with a tire, so I asked for another one and they could not have been better. Both vehicles were fairly new with all the bells and whistles. Nice rides. Recommend

Enterprise was great! They picked me up at the body shop where my car was being repaired. About a week later when my car was done, I left the Enterprise car at the body shop and they sent someone to pick it up. What a wonderful service!

I rented a Chrysler Pacifica from the Bellmawr location for the weekend. My car was ready on time and was in pristine condition. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous and made sure all my questions were answered before I left with the vehicle. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Had to adjust my pick up time, and they were very flexible. Even after adjusting my pick up time I showed up early and Megan was very accommodating.

Great place to rent from the cars we’re clean, costumer service was extremely helpful & excellent, but I think they can do better with their weekend & weekly rates giving the competition from other rental companies, but all & all it was a great experience renting from Enterprise…

I've rented a lot of cars from many locations/companies, but this one gave me the best customer service I've ever come across! My experience was with Justin and he was extremely helpful. He worked with me as repairs on my own car dragged out for over a month. He was always understanding and made everything very easy and stress-free!

It was awesome. Everyone moved promptly when I entered and also when I returned with the car. I was happy to see that someone was waiting outside for me when I brought the car back.

I rented a Jeep Cherokee from this location for a family vacation in North Carolina. I had made reservations MONTHS prior with a different rental company (B****t) that was pure hell. Had me drive back and forth between two different states until I eventually cancelled my reservations due to them having no cars available. I called Justin at the Bellmawr location and he was SUPER helpful. He was able to get me into a SUV immediately after wasting 4 hours with another company. His customer service is superb. I got their and checked in with Mike, the manager. Super cool, went over everything quickly and thoroughly so I could get on the road immediately. These two guys helped me tremendously and I can not thank them enough ! They are definitely my go to guys now whenever I need a rental ! 11/10 would definitely recommend!!

My experience with enterprise is always great. No discrepancies with my reservations or getting my rental. Exceptional customer service is definitely a bonus.

My car is getting fixed at Chrysler Dodge and they put in the reservation for me at Enterprise in Barrington they came to pick me up at Chrysler and took me to Pep Boys to pick up a car that was there getting fixed it was dirty inside the windshield wipers do not work at all and also they have food and crumbs all in the car I said I don't want that I have a 2022 Chrysler 300 in mint condition. I am not driving that !!!
So he drove me to Enterprise and I explained to the manager how unsatisfied that I was with the car and after she opened it she said I can see why !! and she apologized she was very nice and pleasant they didn't have a vehicle for me but she said if you would take this and when another vehicle come in you can switch it out she was very kind and very nice and understanding so I'm giving the manager five stars and the other vehicle was a SUV in which it was much nicer thank you Enterprise and I'm giving a shout out to the manager Heyyyyyyyy !!!!!!

I was picked up on time from the repair center. I was leaving Enterprise in a short time later! What a great way to rent! Service was prompt and attentive! The rental car was perfect! There were no hard sell tactics! It was a perfect experience!! This is the second time I have used Enterprise! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Any future needs, I know where to go!! Kudos to you!!

I love this Enterprise. Their customer service is always on point. Their cars are well maintained and clean. The parking lot is easy to enter and exit which may not seem like a huge deal but it is to me.

I use to have such anxiety when renting cars-not anymore. I know I’ll always be taken care of well when renting with Enterprise.

Easy process with Allstate insurance claim. Michael the manager was extremely helpful finding the best vehicle even on a holiday weekend. Drop off was quick and car rental in Enterprise Bellmawr a breeze. A+

Progressive arranged the vehicle while my truck was being repaired. While I'm not crazy about the Kia Soul they gave me, the service was amazing. They were very nice. They didn't make me wait at all to be picked up and made sure I was going to be able to get my truck back before dropping me off. It was a nice experience and I really liked the staff there.
