Hands down best gym I’ve ever been to the equipment, community, and atmosphere is just unmatched. Everyday I’m surrounded be people who push me to best version of myself and I get to do the same for others. This gym genuinely changed my life for the better and I’m so grateful that I’m able to be a member of this gym. The owner thang aka Quad is an extremely kind and determined person who inspired me to do better in and outside of the gym. I was immediately accepted in this community the second I stepped foot in this gym and it’s the best thing that ever happened to me.

This is a fantastic gym! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I’ve noticed the gym gets cleaned/sanitized daily. Highly recommend if you want to take your training to the next level or are new to powerlifting and want learn the basics.

Privately owned, this gym is managed by an owner dedicated to the well-being of both clients and the gym. It houses high-quality equipment catering to diverse activities, including powerlifting.

Warm atmosphere. Great selection of equipment. Kilo plates and power racks. Eleiko IPF competition bars. This place is a powerlifters paradise. Best part though as got to be the athletes/members that are here. People are helpful, accepting, kind, and positive minded. I go at least five days a week to train every week. No place like QSS 🫡

I just recently started going back to the gym and this has been my best experience ever with any gym. QSS changed my whole mindset! The equipment and facility are always clean when I come and the atmosphere is welcoming and open. Everyone I have met have been so nice and inclined to helping me whenever I ask! A big thank you to one of the gym owners, Tang, for giving tips and training lessons!

Whether you’re new to the gym or not, Quad Strength Systems is hands down the best gym to go to! Friendly staff, clean, and high quality equipment! QSS offers different types of memberships and I have access to the gym 24/7. Which fits perfect with my hectic work schedule. I’m still really new to the gym and QSS offers personal training as well. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great gym for powerlifters, both amateur and professional. The atmosphere is suited for lifting. There is a wide selection of equipment available. One of the owners can be seen lifting regularly. If your serious about lifting you'll definitely want to check this place out.

This is probably one of the next up and coming power lifting gyms on the east coast! The coaches are phenomenal and the owners are super friendly. I recommend anybody who’s interested in picking up some weights to give this gym a try!

Great atmosphere, Great equipement, and the pricing is justifiable as theres high quaility powerlifing equipment and its 24/7.The benches are my favorite part, I just couldnt get a better feel and grip on any other bench Ive used but, the benches here solved all my issues. Canceling my LA membership and coming here was definitely the best choice I've made.

Owner of QSS is great and the gym is very well put together, along with great equipment. Owner keeps it very clean and makes the atmosphere amazing for anybody working out at QSS. Get rid of your other gym membership now and go get a QSS membership asap!
