Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don’t usually leave reviews but this five star review goes specifically to the service folks working the line and the manager, Cheyenne (spelling?) - First, Cheyenne was so evidently passionate about her job and the group of folks working there - it was so refreshing to witness how she was going above and beyond to support them as she was closing up for the day. It was honestly inspiring. She was enthusiastic, positive, spoke to everyone on her team with respect, offered to help enable one of her staff members on how to work a machine even during her off hours, and was extremely kind doing it. It’s no wonder the sweet lady actually making the bowls (I failed to get her name) was also so pleasant - I think the work environment speaks volumes. The lady servicing us also went above and beyond to smile and entertain our 1yr own daughter (she was so sweet to her!) while efficiently building out bowls! :) that’s the kind of service I feel lacks at many of the other chipotle locations we go to.

I’m pretty sure that your experience has very little to do with whether or not Chipotle has the MEANS to provide you with a good experience (bc they can—they have good food) but rather everything to do with the people working there.

That being said, the shift I got was absolutely amazing. Normally at chipotle you get a bowl that has 90% rice and even when you ask for double meat you get ripped off with 1.25x of a serving, not the 2x that you pay $3.80 for (is that what it is now? It keeps going up). But this time, I got a normal amount of rice and double the meat. They also put a good amount of fajita veggies on there, which didn’t just consist of onions like usual. On top of that, the person serving was so sweet and the entire staff was jamming out to music. The vibes were great, the people were great, and the food was great. I actually felt like I got what I paid for—which is not how I usually feel after getting Chipotle.

This was Saturday January 6th at around 7pm. I don’t know who sees these in management, but they need to know that everyone who worked that night was awesome, and the man that made my bowl deserves a raise🫶🏼

Planned to stop at Burger King off the NJT. But was really glad to see a Chipotle before we got there. Food was great as always, but the staff were also very lovely and courteous and the place was spotless.

The service was awesome, and the food was delicious. I am always pleased with this location.

The ENTIRE Wednesday night crew are awesome man. It's so cool coming to a Chipotle where the team actually cares about their jobs and respectful to the customers. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this Chipotle of you are in the area 10 out of 10

Really impressed with the service at this location. This was my first time at Chipotle and the staff was so friendly, helpful, and patient with me, I didn’t feel rushed at all and I really appreciated them going above and beyond to give me suggestions on what I might like in my bowl. I felt so welcomed & the manager Cheyenne was especially helpful and attentive and I will definitely be back!!

John at this location is the best Chipotle employee I’ve ever encountered. He made the best bowl I’ve ever gotten because he actually cared. he was very nice and the rest of the workers seemed like they enjoyed their job too. The food was delicious 😋

Came 9PM on Thursday night. Surprisingly great portions.

I use the digital order drive thru. It's always slow. We think because most people don't understand you are supposed to order before you get there. Despite the long wait(10 -20 min), the food is always delicious.

Quick n good fresh food. Wonderful service.

I know that chipotle has gotten some bad reviews before, but I’ve now been coming here regularly over the past three or four months and they have knocked it out of the park every single time. Both with putting enough ingredients in and securely wrapping the burrito, they’ve surprised me. I hope they keep this trend going, because their head and shoulders ahead of all the Chipotles in Philly at the moment.

Always good food at Chipotle. Weird entrance- you have to walk past it and then walk back on the sidewalk to the entrance.Friendly staff and the restaurant looked clean.

Love coming to this chipotle! The attitude of everyone there is top notch. They do a good job of handling us hangry customers. The manager Chey was especially attentive & respectful & it was obvious she cared about the quality of service she & her staff provided. Will only be coming to this chipotle! Everywhere else is disrespectful

Stopped in for a late dinner with my wife and daughter. Everyone got a burrito bowl and loved it. We shared chips, salsa and guacamole and it was delicious. Got there around 8:00 and it wasn't busy but by the time we left, it was pretty crowded

The first few times I tried this location my bowls were not good, however it's been getting better since. Friendly service and whoever made my bowl this time did a great job. I hope this location continues to be good!

Absolutely love this restaurant, definitely my go to place for quality fresh food! I didn’t experience long wait times or rude staff either. All around a good fast food experience. 👏🏽

Original post: May as well shrink the size of the bowls if they're only going to fill them halfway.

Update: Seems like management may have seen these reviews. My last few bowls there have been PACKED! love it!
