Jersey Girl Fitness

I freaking LOVE it here. I've been here for like almost 6 months and absolutely love it. Robyn challenges me to do things that I didn't think I could do. I feel like I'm apart of something bigger than fitness. Jersey Girls has made a great impact on my self esteem, life, and health. I'm 32 and this is my first time ever signing up for a gym. I never truly exersized before and im doing it!! I feel healthier both physically and mentally. All the ladies there are so welcoming and not werid. I laugh alot while I'm there. We all get along so well. It's just a really nice place to join if you're looking to better yourself. The price is really great for unlimited classes. Try not to listen to negative reviews because someone doesn't like the business due to whatever issues that they have personally. I love it here and can see myself remaining a member for my whole life, lmao! Don't second guess yourself if you're thinking about signing up for something like this... you will only scare yourself into thinking you can't do it. You can do it. Trust me.

The gym feels more like a big party but we are exercising and Robyn works us hard!!!! Everyone is so supportive with no only weight loss but personal issues in life

Update your hours for Friday on the front door and on Google. Drove far because I heard this gym was super cute and wanted to check it out just for the door to be locked.

I called today to get some information about the gym, the lady that’s working there on 6/16 at 5pm was very rude to me! She hung up on me when I tried to get an understanding of what she was trying to tell me so I called back and she blocked me from calling. I even called from another phone and someone answered but did not answer. She came off was being very racist and I don’t appreciate the unprofessional behavior that I have received. Someone need to teach her some real customer service and if not then this job isn’t for her. I will be reporting this to the manager

I have been with Jersey Girl Fitness for one year today!
All the negative reviews are accurate, even years and months later (there’s more on Yelp & Facebook). The owner Robyn, has absolutely no business being a business owner with the way she treats clients. Any interactions or concerns with the owner will be unprofessional, aggressive and confrontational. I won't even go into the lack of availability/variety of classes. I haven't attended the studio in a few months. I became so uncomfortable being in her studio and around her. She plays vulgar music & displays rude behavior consistently . Most of the women there are her friends, not much diversity. Also, I was forced to pay the last month to end my contract, but was told to never contact her or her staff again after she took my payment.
I'm so happy my contract is over with Robyn! I just want to warn people to hopefully prevent this from happening to them. Below is a sample of the communication with the owner . Always a unprofessional response…..
