Not good at getting orders correct.
It seems after COVD they DON'T care about their Jobs, Don't take any pride in what they do
Every company that hires you, be grateful for it. Every role in a company is important
They did raise their prices once COVD was normal.
MCDONALD'S was the great FF place to go to. Sad very sad not anymore

Thank you to Tim and the team at Haddon Ave for all their hard work in making our McService event a success. They were kind, knowledgeable, and respectable, which is why we have used them six years in a row for our annual community service, where we supply the less fortunate in Camden with over 200 meals. We are excited for year 7!

They supplied us with 100 double cheeseburgers and 100 McChickens and had them ready for us when we arrived, and Tim even assisted us with bringing them to our vehicles. From the first phone call, we had to establish this year's service; he was excellent. THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE

One of the managers was kind enough to lend me his charger for my phone when my own was not working. Absolutely great customer service!

Tim and his team really went above and beyond to partner with my non-profit to do this years McService. An event in Camden where we receive McDonalds at a discounted rate to in turn give it out to the less fortunate on MLK DAY OF SERVICE. BRAVO to this McDonalds for always seeing the need to give back to the community in which they do business.

The place was nice to eat in and the customer service was great

Other than the addicts outside. And the ice cream Machine being down. I got my order pretty quickly. Employee where very nice. I can definitely tell management helps run the place very smoothly. I was impressed over hearing the conversation she was having with a pick up Uber eats or grub hub order. She stated very gently and playful to the delivery driver, “ that if she would of known he was there for a pickup order. She would of made sure she start preparing the order right away to reduce his wait. If he had spoken up that he was there for a pick up order. The driver wasn’t waiting long and he politely smiled and said he will do next time. She said don’t worry I got you 😉. As a customer that walked in and ordered, it was good to witness that because then I know if I did a mobile order from that location that my food from there would be as fresh and hot and ready the best as it can be. 🙌🏾🙌🏾.

I started visiting the restaurant again after a few years. Personally didn't have a problem with anything. Everything was mediocre and chill, which isn't a bad thing. It's *way* better than how it used to be years back, so it's good to know that it's slightly getting better.

I had a very pleasant experience at this McDonald's. It was very clean inside and the staff was SO courteous. The line moved very quickly inside, and it didn't take very long for me to get my hot, tasty food at all! 🤤

They were super nice there and helpful. They never seem to get the orders when ordering and paying thru the app, but I think it's a corporate McDonald's thing not the actual stores themselves because I have had this issue at different ones. But they were actually helpful and gave me what I ordered anyways. :)

Very nice employees, a bit stressful inside and outside. Must ask to unlock bathroom. Given the location, this McDonald's is 5 stars.

They recently made a whole renovation of the place and it looks just great, they also finally improved the Male's bathroom

Very nice kid working the drive thru window. He was thorough and had great manners. I wish i would've gotten his name. But in case anyone knows who was working the window at this NJ location on July 24th around 6 something...... He was great. Give him a raise.

I always stop at this location? The manager and staff are always helpful and pleasant! The food is always fast and consistently good as well!

Good food great location

We go here alot so they are bound to mess up now and then. But any time I've had any problems they fixed them with a smile never nasty always polite. One time I couldn't go back after they put onions and pickles on my sandwich. I cant eat it that way. I called and explained it. They took down my name kept my receipt with it when I had time I went back and they replaced my entire order. NOW THAT WAS COOL

This McDonald's is actually one of the greatest ones I have been to. The workers especially Sharon and Sharnice they made sure the food was ready the way I like my food. Hit, freshly cooked, delicious, everything was there. They took their time to make sure that they had the order correct, they didn't take a lot of time they took just thee amount of time needed. I would like to thank these two women I mentioned for their great, successful, ambitious, generous, exceedingly great work of effort they used with me. Again thank you all for your service's and time that you all used with me.

By rating 5 stars, it does not mean it is a 5 star restaurant. But for what McDonald's is, a fast food restaurant, they actually took my order, and then promptly had my food ready to go. This location usually doesn't have great service but at least this time it was good.

I wasn't familiar with this area but decided to go. The drive-thu window was very fast. 5 cars in front of me but had my order ready in 5 mins! Great job by the workers!

You're never bored or lonely👍 all kinds of stuff going on lots n lots people personal issues 💏 Downtown Camden is becoming a walking 🚶 college university 😡 LORD JESUS CHRIST PLEASE COME DOWN with some 👼👼👼👼 AND EAT SOME McDonald's food 🍲 from camden and have some coffee ☕! We all gotta get out! Amen

I called ahead of time because I had a big order. The team and manager made our experience smooth and easy. They were awesome and polite. 10/10
