Blowin' Smoque

One of those places you find that are absolutely authentic. The food is what you come for the family atmosphere is why you come back. I stumbled on this place and it should be featured on hidden gems or something like it. Big fan of bbq, so I can be picky. Its about flavour yes but details matter. 13/10 Thanks Omar and family.

Came on a rainy day with my son. We were greeted by a friendly staff who explained the menu as this was our first time. As other customers heard that this was our first time they begin to rave about the food. I got the brisket which was so good and the sauce 🤩🤩🤩.

The food was everything we had expected, amazing. The homemade bbq sauce was was just right, not too sweet or spicy. The homemade sides were perfect. The service was lovely. The people are so nice. We loved everything. If it weren’t for our travel plans We would definitely go back.

Broccoli salad is to die for, delish!!! The Mac & cheese and yams were good as well. The Mac and cheese has an ingredient in it that gives it a different taste than any other Mac & cheese but I can't put my finger on it. The ordered a slice of sweet potatoe pie. It was sooooo good, I took a whole pie home. The young lady and gentleman working that day were the nicest!!! The food was so good, I went back a few days later and a different young lady was there and she was as sweet as the lady was the first day I went there. My friend said the brisket sandwich was good. I will definitely be making regular stops there.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Camden!!! The food is always delicious and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal!!! I can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for some great food!!

Brisket could definitely afford to be cooked a few more hours than mine was, but man the sauce and the sides were so ridiculously good I’ve got nothing to complain about. I think I probably just ordered the brisket too early in the day. They need to smoke for like 12+ hours before they get fall apart tender and all the connective tissue melts, and I ordered it at like noon. So it’s probably a lot better later in the day by dinner service hours. But regardless, the candied yams were the best I’ve ever had, hands down. Prices were pretty reasonable as well. Lots of potential here.

Oh my GOODNESS, and I do mean GOODNESS!!! The greens are so good, the broccoli salad (I think that's what it's called) the ribs, the brisket. The sweet potato pie, the mac and cheese, candied yams! No matter what you get, it's amazing. And the meat stands on its own. With or without sauce. I don't like sauces on my meats, and they were happy to accommodate. But don't wait too late because things sell out. People buy in large quantities often. It's THAT good!

Best BBQ spot hands down. Everything that we ordered was fresh and flavorful and the service was exceptional.

This place was fantastic! When we came in, you could just tell that the owner was excited about what he is doing and cares about putting out good food. As soon as we came in, he got us some brisket to try and it was incredible. My friend and I both got the brisket with sides. The sauce that was on it was perfect to go with the brisket. Not too sweet and not too spicy. The smoke flavor and bark on the brisket was incredible and it still managed to melt in your mouth. I got the potato salad and Mac and cheese as my sides. The Mac and cheese was great. The potato salad was a little sweet for my liking but still not bad. Also the lemonade was great too. Really impressed with this place and definitely will be back!

I know it is cinco de mayo and natl hoagie day, but everyday should be bbq day imo. I hit up Blowin' Smoque on Haddon Ave in Camden today, right by Donkey's. Bbq and hospitality hit the spot. Bbq reminds me of your dads backyard bbq smoker food, if your dad was really good at bbq'ing! Mac n cheese was cheesy and flavorful, ribs had great flavor of smoke and charcoal. I washed it all down with a sweet iced tea. I really enjoyed this lunch for all under $20.

So ya mite think the front door locked but just give it a nice tug. I only had there bbq pork ribs with baked beans and potato salad, it was great ill be back to try more. Enjoy!

Friendly service, good prices, GREAT portions, and the food is on point.. sliced brisket has great flavor, pork ribs were extremely tender. Candies yams, greens, and Mac n cheese were awesome as well. Support this place

Delicious! This was my first time ordering and I don’t even eat dark meat. I had the polled chicken. Didn’t get to take a photo of the rib platter.

Ive had brisket across the country and for this area good bbq is hard to come around this is the best brisket in south jersey also the mac is amazing baked perfectly fresh

Coming from New York and accidentally came across this place. 10 out of 10 on hospitality, service and the food was everything. Imma need to come to someone of staff house for thanksgiving because the comfort food was so real! Thank you guys ❤

Don't not be deterred from the location! We eat A LOT of BBQ and this one is at the top of our list, hands down! The service was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The food was all amazing and tasted like real home style BBQ should. We live about 45 mins away but we will surely be back!

Add another amazing Jersey restaurant to Camden's already solid list. The beef rib platter with Mac and greens is just what I needed today. I forgot what I was worrying about. Thanks Blowin' Smoque!
