The registrar Rebecca was so kind. I told her I was nervous about getting labs and she instantly made me feel at ease with her kind words.
Ms. Michelle was the best. I usually get bruising with blood draws and I was surprised at how quick she was done.
Two great employees in need of some recognition for their amazing work.

I Love Lourdes Hospital it’s by far the best hospital in Camden. When I gave birth to my son a little over a month ago I had the worlds most amazing staff member you can imagine. The doctors and nurses in Labor and Delivery was very understanding friendly down to earth and funny. Always checked in on you and your newborn to sure everything was okay and went out of their was to help you in anyway. I remember I couldn’t sleep and my night nurse came I wish I could remember her name came in to check on me and honestly needed someone to talk to and it seemed like she knew without asking & we ended having a 30minute conversation about life and she was so sweet in reinsuring me about the good the bad and the ugly things life has to offer and Our Lady Of Lourdes has the most phenomenal and beautiful people working there within the Hospital

This was a great experience, first this hospital is absolutely spotless. The nursing staff is dedicated to patient care and goes above a beyond to make sure patients are receiving the gold standard in care. I recently had a surgical procedure and 5 stars is just not enough. Doctors are top notch. I had lost faith under my previous care team at a different medical provider, and literally my life has been saved, my Quality of life has increased 4 fold. I don’t have words to describe the level care I have been provided. Thank you a thousand times.

I recently had impatient time as well as out patient procedures at Our Lady of Lourdes Virtua Hospital at Camden NJ. Everyone I encountered that worked there or assisted me personally was excellent. My blood was drawn by NaDine who was great. She was kind and worked painlessly. Then there was Dr. Mueller. He is number one with me as a neurosurgeon. He found the problem area and put for a treatment plan. There is also Dr. Snyder who is very thorough. He listen to me and what I was experiencing and it didn’t seem to all fit together but Dr. Snyder phone a college in the neurology department and together they came up with a treatment plan as well.

Went at Lourdes for a family member’s procedure in Feb 2024. They called few days before the procedure and asked us to enter through ED so we did. Went through security fast and once on the third floor, registration and check-in process was seamless. Instructions were clear. Clean facility. People asking us 15 times if we need anything. The best thing is they gave us a case to securely place eye glasses instead of directly throwing them in the bag with the rest of the stuff. Overall positive experience.

Recently had surgery at this wonderful facility. Everyone was fabulous, from Dr Mueller to the wonderful nurse Christina M and the Nurse Assistant Jada on the post op unit. I am so appreciative of the excellent care I received. The staff made a painful surgery more than bearable. It was heartwarming to receive such good care from a delightful team.

My mother was admitted here for having trouble with her breathing. There was no room for her she had to stay in the ER for some time (hours). There were so many people who unfortunately couldn't get a room either people were lined up and down the hallway. But the nurses there didn't let it get to them. They were very helpful and happy to help me with my mother. BTW my mom needed to have a procedure to shock her heart back to a normal rhythm basically they flatline her then restart her heart again. My mother is now doing ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Thank you nurses
My daughter has her BSN and RN

I visited the outpatient lab, for routine bloodwork. It was quick, easy, and painless. Michelle did my blood draw and was so kind and pleasant. I had never been to Lourdes for anything, so I was nervous, but everyone was very helpful.

I cannot recommend Virtua Lordes Medical Service enough for anyone in need of blood work. Michelle, the phlebotomist, was truly exceptional - efficient, gentle, and a pleasure to interact with- a true gem! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was taken back promptly and the entire process was completed in just 10 minutes. Overall, a seamless and positive experience that exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the team at Virtua Lordes Medical Service for providing top-notch care.

With a good amount of trepidation, I approached the Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital (VOLOL) today for my first cauterization. That apprehension quickly dissipated due to the very congenial, caring and nurturing reception from everyone I encountered. From the valet parking attendant, the security guards, the reception and admission desks to the nurses and doctor, there was an apparent and collective effort to make me comfortable and at ease In particular, I was very blessed to have Karen as my principal nurse and of course, the venerable Dr. Sanghvi as my cardiologist. These type of appointments are never one looks forward to, though the team at VOLOL clearly understands that. It's not just an afterthought with them. They have established that as a paramount concern and incorporated it into their treatment plan. Thank you!

I want to recognize another amazing nurse named Yvonne. My father is in room 4105. She is constantly running around with a smile on her face making sure each one of her patients have everything they need and more. Along with answering every annoying question or running in and out because we forget something and she does it with grace. It’s nurses like her that make the most hardest things a bit easier ♥ mad love Bungcayao fam had to use diff emails from the family to post more reviews

From my dad that doesn’t have a google account: A 5-star experience from the staff at Lourdes, from docs to aides. Nurse Gianna on floor 2 was especially helpful.   Jen A and Logan on floor 2 took great care of me during my recovery.  Natasia in the pre op area was compassionate and kept my family and I updated about my surgery plans.

My visit today was great I had A+ customer care from start to finish. Jessica my post-op nurse was wonderful with giving me insight on today's procedure which kept my comfort levels high. Also the anesthesia team was great with assisting with Virtua customer care and support. Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes 3rd floor Post-Op staff exceeds expectations.

I was there to get blood work done.
NaDine was friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She was gentle with the needle and barley felt a pinch when the needle was inserted. Overall, it was a great experience!

Going into my delivery at Virtua OLOL, I only knew my two incredible midwives from the Camden midwifery, Shiela and Dorothy. I went in on Wednesday for an induction and we were immediately off to a strong start in terms of supportive staff and care with Andrea as my nurse. Although a fairly uneventful night, Andrea made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. In the morning, she assigned me to one of the all stars of my stay, Chelsea. Chelsea was officially my nurse Thursday morning and Saturday morning, but she also stopped by to check on me on Friday. She made me feel like I was going through labor with a close friend the whole way through. She also made sure I was comfortable, but she went above and beyond. She listened to my every concern and helped me navigate the unpredictability of labor in real time. It felt like we were thrown curveball after curveball and Chelsea was there to help me get clarity past the tears and pain and make well informed decisions. After my baby, Chelsea was the best thing I got out of my delivery experience.
Special shoutouts to Brenda, Jamie, Laura and Janice in labor and delivery for their amazing support, as well as Anne, the midwife who is equal parts crunchy, logical, well-informed and level headed.
Up in mother baby, Angie was an absolute sweetheart, a true gem of a woman. Brittney was like the older sister that everyone needs: no nonsense, insanely helpful and ready to take down any obstacle affecting me and my baby. She checked on me so many times, helped me with my nursing issues and even sent me to sleep 😂 Lisa, the LC, was absolutely wonderful and stayed with me for several hours over two days, making sure baby was nursing properly. And to finish off my stay was Sonja, one of the nurse’s aides. Sonja was an experience. She was helpful and jolly. When I was feeling overwhelmed she would come in and help me calm my baby and then make me laugh with her hilarious stories and mannerisms.
All that to say, five stars aren’t enough to rate my stay. Thank you to all the amazing staff here for treating me like a guest, rather than just a patient.
