I love this place and have had amazing results! Both personal training and bootcamps are great. The bootcamp workouts are always changing so you’re not constantly doing the same thing. I like that the trainers help to modify the workouts for every individual. They make sure every rep is done right so you don’t get hurt. I have seen awesome results with personal training and have learned a lot from the trainers. You can’t beat the 1:1 experience.

Been members since August and absolutely love it here! I love the boot camps because they are different every day and keep you motivated. My husband does boot camp and the personal training side with Tim and has already seen major improvements. Nice, clean facility with good management!

Awesome staff! John, Anthony, Charlie and Amanda are fantastic. Workouts are creative and they will push you if that is what you want. Great mix of weights and cardio

Signed up for a free trial on their website on Monday and registered for a Wednesday class. Arrived at 4:59am, waited 20 minutes and the gym never opened. I even went back onto the site to make sure that I had the right date and had actually registered. Went on their Facebook page to check if the class had been cancelled, nothing posted. Disappointed about wasted time and an online scheduling system that isn’t actually followed.
