Gentilini Ford

I had a great experience purchasing my Mustang from Gentilini, Pat Murphy made sure everything was ready when I arrived, he was very polite and explained everything very clearly, we reached a fair deal and I am very happy with my vehicle. Reef was also very helpful while filling out all the paperwork, all-around great people to purchase a car from.

This is the second car we bought from Gentilini's. We live outside Philadelphia but ended up there because we wanted someone who could really educate us on pickup trucks. We were buying an RV and wanted to be a safe as possible. We were lucky enough ti be have Rick Bailey as our sales representative. He was knowledgeable and friendly. A really personable, easy to get along with person. He put us at ease and really went above and beyond. Even showing us his own personal vehicle (this was 2020 and there were no trucks on the lot). When we placed our order with him there were no games or sales tactics. He explained the options to us. We chose some, declined other. I never felt pressured. When we picked up the truck, there were no hidden fees or upcharges. The only thing we were asked about was whether we wanted an extended warranty (mechanicals and electrical).

In fact we were so happy with our experience with Rick we just purchased a new Mustang Mach-e for me. It was their integrity that made me come back.

Dealing with Gentilini Ford has been a family affair for two generations. The service, efficiency, and care are just a few reasons we use Gentilini Ford and Chevy. Shane Ryder and Reef Gentilini made my holidays the best ever. It is so nice to be remembered and treated with respect whenever you stop in whether it is for parts, service or sales. Great place to buy a car. My new Mach-e was perfect when I picked it up. The car salesman I dealt with was knowledgeable on all the aspects of the car. The car is a computer on wheels and the salesman took me through many of the setups.

We worked with Ted, Reef, and Junior for our recent vehicle purchase. They were all inviting and personable gentleman.
Ted was wonderful to work with. We spoke on the phone beforehand about what we were looking for and where we wanted to be financially. He gave us an honest best and worst case scenario before we went in. When we got there, he did what was within his power to make sure it was a best case for us. It was a smooth transaction and we're happy customers.
Junior is extremely knowledgeable and was uber helpful in walking us through all of our vehicle's features and getting us set up. We know exactly what our car offers and where to go in the menu's when we need to adjust anything.
Reef helped us out with our options for an extended warranty and gave us an idea of what would be most beneficial to us while also being the most cost effective option for our situation.
Also want to add that they really do treat you like family. We had our young children here for the process. That's stressful for anyone, but they were very accommodating. Nobody seemed bothered by my son's endless opening and closing of the showroom car door. Instead, one of the salesman came over, let my young son sit inside, and walked him through all the cool things about that car.

I have had about four experiences with Gentilini Ford. This is my second Ford car that I am now bringing to them for service.

I have tried a local Ford dealer 5 minutes from my home however, the customer service is not as good compared to Gentilini Ford.

I drive 35 to 40 minutes out of my way up the parkway just to visit Gentilini Ford where the service feels as if I've known all of the front desk agents forever.

The gentleman that I look for is originally from the Atlantic County area and is very familiar with Pleasantville and makes me feel as if he really takes an interest in me.

I will not go anywhere else for my major Ford needs.
I also own. a small business and I know how customer service should be and how it should feel.. don't go anywhere else go to Gentilini!.

We just picked up our Maverick, and had a great experience at this dealership. Staff was helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable and not high pressure. My wife and I agreed that Gentilini will be our new go-to dealership.

All I have to say is I had the best experience with Gentilini. Bobby and Mike from Ford Service were extremely professional and helpful. I think the cost of service was fair, and the communication was excellent.

I loved the convenience of being able to drop off my vehicle after hours, since my husband and I both work; and have kids. It took the stress out of getting my car there, and they also allowed me to pick up my car around 6:30.

I got a call right away the next morning after they opened, and they serviced my car in a reasonable amount of time. I really appreciated them being open and honest, and providing an estimate before working on my car. (This isn’t the experience you will get just anywhere- I know from previous experience elsewhere)

I am very happy, and feel like a valued customer. Gentilini has gained our family as loyal customers. My grandmother bought every car from Lou (I think was his name), and she always had high praises for Gentilini. We will be back! Thank you!
