I had great customer service from Mercedes and another lady, very nice and informative. They did a battery replacement on a vincero watch that a local jeweler said they didn't know how to do, it took 15 minutes.

I always get my watch battery changed here. I have a loyalty card for them and once they tightened my watch up too tight. They sorted it out when I went back in no problem.

Skye was an absolute pleasure to work with! I walked in just to poke around a little and walked out with a new watch style that I’ve been dying to have for a while. Excellent salesmanship, knowledgeable, and he treated me like a friend that he was talking about watch with. Even recommended a lifetime battery replacement service that I didn’t know TaT offered. I highly recommend him and am very pleased with my experience and purchase.

Went in to get my Movado Sapphire serviced with a battery replacement and water seal. Had to send it to Movado the last few times and it cost 80-130. The employees here did it for not even half that complete with water sealing! Couldn't be happier, excellent store with excellent employees!

Brought in 5 watches for service, 3 for new batteries (including a new band for 1 of them), and 2 new ones to remove some links from the bands. Very friendly service, had me drop them off and go shop around the mall. They was finished in less than an hour. Highly recommend

I needed my battery in my watch replaced, and this place was recommended. When I arrived, there was a little wait, but they were able to service me quickly. The staffing was friendly, courtesy and respectful. A week later, I took my mom so that she could have her watch battery replaced as well, and the service was great again. I would definitely recommend it.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by a woman named Angela and asked if I needed help. I went in looking for some specific watch batteries and when I showed her what I was looking for she knew right away what I needed and even got me a deal for buying a couple. Then I asked her what kind of watch she would recommend for working under and in cars and once again she knew what I needed right away. She recommended a G-Shock watch and even informed me they were on sale for 25% off. I walked out with 3 new batteries and a new watch and felt very satisfied with my purchase, the staff were well informed and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I love coming here for my husband's watches. They are always helpful and informative. We also take our watches here to get new batteries and links taken out if needed.

When in there to get a watch band adjusted. She had it done in about 5 minutes at a very fair price plus they have a lot of really nice watches in there. Will definitely go back again

Tiana is great. She is always completing my link adjustments quickly and is very knowledgable. We always have a great conversation as shes working on my watches. She helps multiple customers at once and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Her skills are remarkable and she always gets me the best deals on watches in the mall! She'll go out of her way to try and get me a watch if her store does not have it. I recommend everyone to TimeAfterTime Deptford! Never had a problem here. Would give 10 stars for Tiana and Deptford if I could.

The guy below me is wrong. Crazy glue is another brand of super glue, the clerk or worker was just remembering the right one. Good service with my watches.
