A young guy named Alex was super helpful. I needed an external microphone for my phone and I know almost nothing. He was knowledgeable and worked patiently with me to find a solution. Definitely go check them out and ask for Alex, he will help you.

Two gentlemen helped me fit a 55 inch TV in my tiny car and several times one of us would say, "this is pointless", but this Best Buy was an hr away and i was not driving back out...they kept going and got it done tho! Wish I had money to give a tip but I'm broke as a joke and so this is all I can do!! I did call their store and tell them how helpful they were! 5 ⭐✨

Ordered my new Bluetooth speaker the night of Thanksgiving. Black Friday morning picked it up without hassle. Store was great.

This is going to be a bit of a sappy review. I was recently in a tragic house explosion (gas leak) and resulting fire. Although from the outside it seems as thought there’s just a few windows missing, we lost everything in the home. Being a college student, and normal young adult, I was devastated. I lost all of the things I needed to finish my undergraduate education this year, as well as all of my savings for the semester. I went to my local Best Buy in Vineland and although reluctant to speak of my situation they asked why we were replacing things and after explaining the situation we were in the Best but staff helped us so much. Chelsea, Matt, Joel, and Ronnie helped my family and I replace our belongings at a rate that was more comfortable for our current financial situation. They kept repeating that best but is a family and they are there for their customers through everything, that couldnt be more than true. I have never experienced such kindness from such amazing people.

best buy for best all electronics items...cell phones all the types. Am happy with service without any complaints.

Went to have my Apple phone re-imaged because it was not booting up. They re-set the phone and also did my Apple Watch. Very accommodating and great service.

This review is based solely on having what you need, unlike many other Best Buy’s now a days where they are out of stock when visiting the store, this location is fully stocked, if your close by your lucky to have it near, me Im not so lucky, I have to travel almost an hour to get to this location, depends on how bad you want something I suppose. Nevertheless you’ll probably find what your looking for at this location. Also not overcrowded, ok said enough trying to keep this location a secret 🤫

I bought an otter box case and a screen protector for my s22 ultra. The screen thingy was $60 lifetime replacement. That's what sold me. I went back after a year and just had it replaced for free. Awesome workers and helpful, too.

A good store where you can find it at a very affordable price for all electronics

I visit this particular Best buy about once every 8 to 10 weeks. They did help me cut the cord to the cable company by setting up two antennas that give me approximately 50 over the air stations.
They always have an expert in the store to answer any of my questions about electronics and media. Sometimes they will even refer me to a different vendor if they do not carry the specific item. My last trip I needed batteries for a handset. They spent about a half hour testing my handset and my batteries for no charge. They suggested I try online which was very successful.

Easy to find items you're looking for. I was looking for airpod pro's, and I was able to find them within 30 seconds of entering. They didn't have many products in stock, and they were backed up until a month from now, but they still price check your product and are able to ship it for free, so I have no complaints.

I used the Geek Squad at least 4 times in the past year. The Squad is very friendly, knowledgeable and have done a great job with all my issues!! Highly recommended them😁

Clean, not busy. We drove from Mayslanding to pick up an Apple watch. Was a quick and pleasant experience.
