My name is Erica E. I would like to Thank Inspira Hospital. I had a procedure done January 23, 2024 I feel like a Brand New person. My GYN is Nicole Ward. She referred me to the Surgeon Elisa Neely. Before I had my procedure I had a consultation with Dr. Neely, she was so open, warm and Honest. She made me feel comfortable with any questions or concerns that I had. It really was like sitting with friend. When I came in the Hospital 6a.m. To be prepped everyone from the team introduced themselves to me and Husband. The bed side manor of these Nurses and doctors was excellent. From the time we walked in, till the time we left. Thank you so much. I had my follow up yesterday with Dr. Elisa Neely, I had to tell her how appreciative I was of her service.

While the wait time was extremely long, I was so thankful to have an RN named Eric in the pediatric ER. He was so kind and helpful. It was a very busy night, but he took the time to write down instructions and explain everything in detail. I appreciated him very much. It's people like him that keep make this world a better place.

I am sending all the Urologist, nurses and other staff a thank you for taking excellent care of my month long kidney procedure in and out of the Emergency Room.
Thank you and beyond for treating me.

I gave birth here this week. Every single employee that I came in contact with was not only competent at their job, but was also very helpful and sweet. The labor and delivery team was amazing as well as the mother baby team. Dr. DiJoseph has been with me every step of the way thru my pregnancy and delivery. He is an amazing physician and a kind man. With my daughter safe in my arm as I write this review, I just wanted to take a minute to say thank Inspira of Vineland for a pleasant experience.

Beautiful facility, Friendly and welcoming staff. Emergency department is very organized and compartmentalized from Senior care, Rapid care and general emergencies.
This was my first time going to the emergency room in a very long time and from the time I walked into INSPIRA it was a relaxing, heart warming experience.
Great Job‼ Keep up the good work and the consistency in the quality of care.

We always take our kids to Shore Medical as we lived in Cape May county until 2021. We had a scary experience with our four year old non-verbal son. He started puking and quickly he looked to be getting worse as the hours past from school pick up. We arrived at the ER and waited around 20 mins before being taken back to the pediatric ER. We knew he wasn't okay at all and unsure if maybe he had something abdominal going on. The supervising doctor was very adamant about blood work, blood sugar checks, xrays, and fluids. The nurses were very wonderful with my son and continued to make sure he was okay throughout the process. They taught me little tricks to help him along better going forward and also did everything to make our son feel safe in a new and scary environment for him. Overall, I would bring all three of our children back when it's necessary. Just try to remember that hospital settings are stressful for all involved, including staff. Thank you for making us feel better!

They were cordial, professional and did a great job for me. Figured out the problem and successfully treated me. They were great for me.

honestly...i was treated very well here. i had went to a facility called seabrook house for alcohol detox and i was really not in good shape, and i told the nurses there i was not feeling "right" (i knew i was about to seize out) and they refused to do anything and sure enough i had went into a 7 minute long seizure. they put me in inspira. they cleared me and i went back to seabrook, and the same happened a 2nd time, so back to inspira i was sent. i begged inspira to please keep me i was afraid to go back to seabrook and they did and they took good care of me and let me finish my detox there and properly medicated and monitored me and made me feel comfortable and left me with the resources i needed for help afterwards.

They attend you quick and they are respectful. Love the bilingual also makes everything easier

Went to visit my Sister here and the Receptionist was nice and there wasn't a wait in the lobby to go upstairs! Didn't have any interactions with any Nurses but the Staff that I did have contact with they were very pleasant and caring

I wasn't feeling too well and was severely dehydrated along with running a fever of 103. It was recommended by my primary care physician that I visit the emergency room at Inspira Medical Center Vineland. Upon arriving at the center, the nurse at the front desk quickly had me fill out the intake card and immediately sat me down in a wheelchair. From there, I went to the waiting room and had to see another nurse and provided her my symptoms. I waited like 30-40 minutes before entering the emergency room, where I was attended by a nurse who gave me an IV into my arm. My temperature was monitored and checked often. Tests were administered and a doctor came into my room and asked me questions. I went home after four hours of treatment. Innovative facility and attentive nurses/doctor, the quality of care was awesome and the environment was pleasant.

I gave birth to my daughter here a couple weeks ago, and I absolutely loved the entire experience! The service I received was hotel like (not trying to exaggerate). My nurses were always pending, making sure I had EVERYTHING I needed and that I was as comfortable as I could possibly be. I've also received a thank you card signed by the nurses that took care of me and my daughter, which I think is so sweet. I really hope that the hospitality provided to me is not only provided in maternity, but in the hospital as a whole. If so, I entirely recommend this hospital.

Brought My Mom She Slipped In Tub ..Thank God Nothing Broke/Fractured Just Lots Of Swelling/Bruises ... 💜

My 95 yr old mother was admitted to the 2nd floor with a broken hip on Nov 10th. Unfortunately, she passed away in surgery (DNR). However, Patient Liaison, Eileen Hunter was on duty that day. What a blessing she is to Inspira and to my family. She directed us to where we could eat while awaiting surgery and waited on us with water in a private room when we were given the bad news. She stayed with us even though her shift was done until we were ready to leave. What a gem she is! Also, kudos to Sharon Fienberg RN for excellent care to our Mom in the short time she was there. And lastly to Dr Eddie Wu for his kindness and compassion to us. Thank you to employees going above the norm. The family of Betty-Jane Purnell

My wife was a recent patient at this facility. She was there for orthopedic (knee replacement) surgery. The entire experience was exceptional. The surgical staff was kind and reassuring. The floor nurses and techs were all professional and attentive to her needs.
Her surgery went well without any issues. This was not her first surgery of this kind, but it was the first time at this facility. She was very satisfied with the experience.

On April 15, 2022, I had an outpatient procedure at Inspira Elmer. I couldn’t have been in better hands - from the nurses (Lori) and techs who prepped me, Dr. Chong and her surgical team, the recovery nurses and and the nurses (Evelyn) who helped get me ready to go home - I was well taken care of. The hospital was clean, everyone extremely professional - caring and concerned. Under the circumstances, it was a great experience.

This is such an amazing hospital! They really go beyond the Call of Duty to help their patients and the patients families and friends. My dad was a patient in the hospital a few years ago and received excellent treatment. My aunt was in the hospital a few times and also received excellent treatment as well and also my boyfriend's who said that she felt spoiled and wanted to actually live there! I also volunteered at that hospital and also got to meet some really cool people and including the family members and they were asking me questions and I told them at this hospital was amazing and the best and that all the nurses and doctors including specialist, and also all of the Care team where's very down-to-earth and caring. If I have a choice to go to a hospital, Inspira medical Vineland will be in the hospital for me.

Felt compelled to respond with so many negative posts re Inspira Vineland. While most of the negative reviews seem to focus on the ER, my experiences are regarding same day surgery. My experiences have always been positive. From scheduling, pre-op testing to same day surgery experience, my experiences & outcomes have been excellent & the staff, nurses, aides & doctors have been caring, knowledgeable & professional without exception. Special shout out to Nurse Evelyn in same day surgery whom I’ve had the pleasure of being cared for on 2 separate occasions. Thanks to all!
