Representatives from Keystone Industries spoke to both my kids at Kingsway High-school in their respective Business Leadership and STEM academies. It’s great to see a local business, giving back to their community providing info about job opportunities and career choices.

Worked for this company for 8 years

Keystone was a horrible place to work. I was never absent, Never late, always completed my assignment on time..... at the end of the day they never appreciate it anything I did. I have worked over time during the week and come in saturdays. If they needed someone to stay several more hours to complete the job that needs to be shipped out I was the one that always said yes I can stay........ I went beyond my job description in order for this company to succeed as well as myself ...... They don't Appreciate good, hard working employees... Don't fully investigate a situation. They are quick to Let a GOOD employee GO....

Keystone convinced my father to leave a job that he loved and enjoyed and basically had job security with false promises. They had my father create their new product and then, when the product was finished, they fired him (on the same day they were bringing everyone else in for their Christmas bonuses btw). My father struggled to find work after that and then his health deteriorated; first with cancer and now he has a bad heart and lewy body dementia. My father worked so hard for this company. I can't count the number of times he brought work home with him. I even helped out there for a summer.

This company knows NO loyalty. I know I can't blame them directly for my fathers health, but I will NEVER forgive them for the hell they put him and my family through. I'm waiting for the day karma decided to rear its head.
