I've seen the owner personally take care of an elderly woman by performing her nail duties then driving her home because it was taking too long for her ride to arrive. Above and beyond

It best place and I love it.....

Had an appointment scheduled and for a certain time to get nails and feet done for a wedding. When we got there they weren't even open! We waited a half hr past their supposing "open hours" and still no show. They are very unprofessional. Word to the wise. If you need to cancel due to whatever at least call your customers!

Called the one day to see if they were open due to snow and when I asked what time they closed the owner literally told me when we have no customers. I went for a refill and when I told her I wanted french she told me she couldn't do it because my nails underneath were turning yellow (they weren't) so I got some sparkle color that looked horrible after she did them asked her to change it and she got all irritated. Told her leave it paid and left. Went to a different salon and got exactly what I wanted. Never go here.

All I have to say the owner Lilly is no good. She refuse to pay her employees and lied to the police she didn’t know her worker she hired. She was only picking her up everyday from home.. LOL. She was paying under the table and refuse to pay her for the week that totaled 500. Also, her daughter works there and she doesn’t have a license witch is breaking the law. Several good nail places out there so think twice. Anyone who like to see the police report please reach out to me.

I walked in for an eyebrow wax. The only 2 women working are sitting in the pedicure chairs watching TV, not a single customer in the place. The cost of the wax is $8 but I asked if they took Visa. Their minimum is $13. They turned away my services...with an EMPTY salon because I was using a visa. She said she would be charged a dollar. She would make $7 in literally 4 minutes and turned it away!!

Worst experience ever!! I've had my nails done for yrs and never have I had nails break like this. If you have tips and require filling don't go here bc there is only one person that can do them and they are not done to wear more than a couple of days!! Ugh nice place for peds but that's about it!! Never will they get any of my money again!! Lost the best customer they could of ever had!!
