Mattress Firm Cumberland Mall

Went to Mattress Firm today looking for a mattress, since the one I have now is older and not providing me with the support I need. Troy greeted me as soon as I entered and was very attentive to my needs in selecting the right mattress for me. He was a great salesman and very professional, I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and Troy to help you select the right mattress for you.

My husband's and my experience at this store was very pleasant. Our salesman Troy is exceptional at his job. He knew what we wanted, showed us our options, worked with our budget, and was professional and polite. We left feeling happy with our purchase.

My husband and I are very happy with Taylor at Mattress Firm. We walked out of there spending exactly what we had planned and got an adjustable bed for that price. We did not feel pressured at all. We both highly recommended them.

Arrived at the store just before closing. Staff took their time to present options as to what mattress was the best fit for us. They stayed open till we inked the sale. No pressure to close. Both associates were very professional.

Had the pleasure of meeting Matt at mattress firm at the Cumberland mall location yesterday and he helped me pick the perfect mattress! Not only did he determine why my sleep habits have been so bad but he showed me on an app exactly what my body needed in the form of a mattress! Being a night shift nurse I can tell you, your mattress becomes your best friend and I’m so thankful Matt helped me fine the best one within a price I was willing to spend! He is so personable and easy to talk to, he listens to you and is not trying to sell you what you don’t actually want! You will get the best for the best price! Everybody go see him for your mattress needs you won’t regret it!

Great experience great guilty of beds and the customer service there was by far one of the best I ever encountered "shout out to Tyler in the Cumberland mall mattress firm he helped my wife and I tremendously his patience with us was A1 and his conversations so great job to the staff at mattress firm.

It was a great experience dealing with both Matt and Troy. I purchased a mattress and received a mattress protector as a free gift; however, the pillows I wanted were out of stock. Matt assured me they would honor the deal they offered on the pillows as soon as they are back in stock, and even documented it on my receipt! They are very knowledgeable, and take the time to answer all of your questions. Definitely stop in and see them if you’re shopping for a mattress!

Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; everything you want in a salesperson. He explained product features, cost differences and we were out of the store in no time with a great valued bed for our grandson.

Troy was great on the phone and in person. Very patient and friendly! Provided detailed information on all product options to best suit our budget.

Thomas Hughs is an asset to your company and deserves a raise! He spent over an hour with us showing me different beds to try because of my special needs. Very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, great personality & a great people person! I will recommend him to the moon & back to anyone that needs a mattress. You have one fantastic employee!!

From the moment we walked in Matt was ready to give us his undivided attention to help us find the perfect bed. He listened to us about our needs and wants and helped us narrow down our choices. Once we were down to two beds he meticulously went through all the details of each mattress to make sure that we got exactly the one that we wanted and needed. Him and his partner Troy also helped us get a great deal on a top of the line adjustable base. We didn't even know what an adjustable base was when we walked in the door but Matt spent a couple hours showing us all the bells and whistles and how it will quite definitely change our sleep forever. We went in there on a whim just to look at our options will no intention of buying one that day but after Matt spent that time with us and listened to us and explained how the new mattress and base would change the way we slept and in turn the way we'd feel in the hours we spent awake we couldn't possibly leave without making this upgrade to our lives. I would absolutely refer anyway here who was even thinking about a new mattress, if you come here they will listen and take care of you.

Troy at the Vineland location was great! I didn’t feel pressured not one bit. He really took his time explaining each mattress, and did research on looking for other mattresses at other store locations. Great customer service.

Very knowledgeable sales person! Tom was very easy to deal with. Explained everything about each mattress and helped me make my decision!

Salesman Taylor was very informative and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us into a purchase and assisted us in making an informed decision before our purchase of two mattress.

Troy at the Mattress Firm of Vineland was a great Host. He made us feel Welcome and was very personable & professional. Tony took the time to explain & demonstrate the best fit options for our budget and tailored the sale to our need. We bought a mattress in July and got a free adjustable base included in our purchase. About 2 months later, we realized our base was bent. We went back to the store and Matt immediately told us he would get it replaced for us. The next day they came, took our bent base, and replaced it with a better quality base. Great customer service!

We had such an amazing experience with Matt when purchasing a new mattress! He showed us three different types of mattresses while giving us additional information on what makes them unique. Once we figured out what category of mattresses we liked best, we tried different levels of softness/firmness until we got an idea of what we liked best. Then he showed us three beds in different price ranges for the mattress type we preferred. Never once did he try pushing anything on us and he gave us space to think while going back and forth between the beds until we decided on the one we wanted. We HIGHLY recommend Matt for any of your mattress purchases! We will definitely be returning to Matt when we need to replace mattresses in our other bedrooms.
