Had an Uggs king size comforter cleaned there . Had to be sent out like other large and speciality items, but a really good price came back looking really good

Just went in, I'm not happy already, the counter person can't even type my name as I am spelling it out for her. She asked for my phone #, not even typing as I gave it to her and asked 3 times for it. No attention to detail.

This is the worst ever cleaners ever don't ever I mean don't ever bring your clothes here this owner's loses your close and forgets that you pay and wants to double up your charges for her mistakes people be careful do not take your clothes here ever she called the cops for her to give me my clothes back and told me to get out her store because she lost track

I never had an issue with clothing but I took a mk purse to get fixed they said they had to send it away I paid in advance pluss 40$ tip my bag was not fixed so they sent it again I've waited months no call I whntvyo pi kbit up today and it's in worse condition than I took it and the install problems still not fixed I asked her y it's still not fixed she started spazing on me and saying .been her for long time. I Saud yes I know I thought u where fixing it. She's yelling at me and not looking at what I was showing her was still not fixed.customers cane in so I left. I will never go back

This place now provides horrible service and poor quality work..This summer they messed up a $95 shirt and tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with it...As I continue to describe what is wrong with the shirt, the clerk proceeds to tell me she now feels threatened..Yesterday, My wife picked up her clothes, and one blouse had rust color stains on it. The owner told here they received it like that. In addition, a pair of pants and jacket looked liked they had not been pressed...My wife asked for and received a full refund. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Finally, the woman who stated she was the owner confessed to my wife that some of her workers do a better job than others...WHAT!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!!! Ruined a $200 dress and then told me it was my fault. THEN YELLED AND BARRATED US mocking us because we didn’t understand her due to language barrier. TRASH COMPANY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Messed my white shirt up that i was going to wear to a wedding and denied it... told me a buy another shirt

In the announcement said open but is not true is closed and they don’t have hours in the doors for customer know when is really open.
