At my scariest pet moment, this place was amazing. I felt immediately put at ease with the caring staff. The techs and doctors were so sweet and informative every step of the way. This was such a a high anxiety moment for me and my sweet cat. We left with good information, the assurance that everything was going to be okay, and great information for at home care. Thank you so much. I am so grateful for all of you!

The team was compassionate and thorough with my cat Olivia. They explained everything, gave us options, and treated my girl with kindness and respect. I also liked the online check in system - saved us time in the waiting room and we knew where we were in the queue. The pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend!

It was a last minute appointment for a dog that I found and the vet. Tech and the veterinarian were so nice and kind to this little stray that I brought in. I feel like they took very good care of her and I thank them very much. I could not get an appointment with my regular vet. And this was the only vet that I could take her to on such short notice. I am so glad that I did. They were genuinely kind

I recently had an urgent situation with my cat, who could barely walk. I visited a Pet Check, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff there were incredibly caring and attentive to my cat's needs. They conducted tests and X-rays, and after assessing the situation, they recommended that we take our cat to a hospital for further treatment because they couldn't determine the exact cause of my cat's condition. What stood out to me was that they didn't charge us for their services. Their compassion and dedication to the well-being of our furry family members left a lasting impression on me. Highly recommended!

Just left after a semi-urgent appointment for my pekingese, Diogee. From the moment I called asking if they could fit us in, I felt genuinely cared about. The entire staff was so friendly, compassionate and happy to answer all of my questions. We had a seamless visit from start to finish and my pup is already home looking much better and finally catching up on the rest he was missing while he was hurting.

The staff is always wonderful. Their hours are extremely convenient 9 to 9 seven days a week. And it's always clean and smelling nice when I go. Thank you Deptford Pet Check for taking care of my babies.

I’ve been using Pet Check Urgent Care for years for all my animals and I’ve always been very pleased with the level of care & compassion the doctors and staff provided. I called last minute today because I helped someone in need who couldn’t care for their outdoor cat anymore. He got vaccinated..dewormed & checked for feline leukemia & received a clean bill of health from Dr. Erin. She’s wonderful.

I brought my Bischon Penny in for an exam, cytopoint shot and rabies shot today. I bring both of my animals here all of the time. I must say that from the ladies answering the phones to the technicians as well as the Dr's. They are all always courteous, professional and caring. I feel very comfortable bringing my animals here. The bedside manner for the animals is outstanding. Thank you for taking such good care of my Chestnut & Penny.

I love Pet Check Urgent Care! You are seen with minimal wait and all of the staff, techs, doctors are very friendly and competent. Today my dog Izzy, was lucky to be seen by Dr. Megen Cummings, who has been seeing Izzy since we first rescued her. Although, we hadn't seen Dr. Cummings in over a year or two, Dr. Cummings still remembered Izzy and warm greetings were exchanged by all! Happy New Year!

I'm so grateful for this place. Our visit yesterday was phenomenal. They were super swamped and, despite being so busy, they never made us feel rushed. The treatment team was super present, kind, engaged and patient with every little anxious question I or my super protective partner had. They even remembered us from our last visit! I'm always so pleased with my experience here, and yesterday was certainly no different. Even my fur baby was smiling! And they give military discounts!! ❤

UPDATE: The vet was definitely worth the wait. She was the best vet yet. But I definitely wish I had known I would be here for 90 minutes ahead of time.

I come here a lot with my foster puppies. Usually I don't have any complaints. This time, however, I called ahead and was told there's no wait and to head over. When I arrived, there wasn't anyone in the lobby and one patient ahead of us. They stuck us in the back room to be seen within 10 minutes. I've been sitting here for 45 mins and still told we're next. I'm not sure if there's an office party or what today because it seems more relaxed than usual. I'll be walking out in 10 minutes if we're not seen because I will need to leave to pick up my daughter from school. Very unprofessional staff personnel today.

The staff was kind and professional and caring. They took care of my pet like she was their own. I would recommend anyone to come to this facility. They took so good care of my sunshine I can't thank them enough

Deptford pet Urgent care showed more compassion to my dog the my own vet of 29 years. They helped my Harley pass and walked us through and couldn't be any.more loving to our girl. The staff is amazing!!

Dr. Sara is amazing. She is so kind, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you have the best plan for your pet. All of the staff at Pet Check Deptford are kind and understanding. I am eternally grateful for their help!

Staff is always very nice. Visits are easy and fast to get. Dr.s are knowledgeable and have solved all of the issues I've brought my dogs in for.

Dr. Megan and Dr. Sarah are so thorough and very sweet with my pets. I can tell they really care about their well being and it means a lot to me as a client knowing that my babies are in good hands.

The absolute best care, the vet technicians are extremely thorough and compassionate and nice, and the vets are wonderful, very knowledgeable, wonderful vets. These are the only vets that I will take my animals to, they are really really spectacular, and the place is spotless and clean very convenient, it’s really really a good experience going there.

He loved his vet tech, couldn’t wait for him to come back and see him 😁 they were gentle, straightforward, and cared for my baby the same way I would have 💙 💯 recommend!!

I just wanted to say I went to the urgent Care in Oakland and they charged me so much more than this place and they found out what was wrong with my cat The other place didn't even know. I love coming here because the prices are way better especially for people who don't have a lot of money to spend this is great this place. And the workers are so polite
