I thought I was going to die when I walked in. So much pain!!! Without a second thought they dropped everything and wheeled me to the back. Every nurse,doctor,and clerk worked to find and fix my problem and relieve the pain. Nurse Leslie even took the time to sit with me until transport came. God Bless each and every one of you for your care and compassion you showed me 😇💗

My experience was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They got me right in. I accidently cut three of my fingers. Thank you everyone their, your the best. Can't say enough.

I was here back in August and the Mental Health Unit was awesome and I felt loved and appreciated I was dealing with a bad breakup and the staff and groups helped me with my coping skills I wanna thank Inspira Health for everything they did for me and making my stay good and they helped me a lot thank u and God Bless

AMAZING and COMPASSIONATE nurses and doctors

The nurses on 12/19/22 were completely AMAZING , I work in the medical field so I understand how hectic it can be when being understaffed , as far as Dr.Heresinak he was completely nasty ! He completely disregarded the fact that I had my ESA/ service dog with me & told me he couldn’t work on my husband while he was there. His bedside manner is completely unprofessional & unacceptable! Please hire a new emergency room doctor ASAP , especially someone who has worked with people who require ESA/service dogs .

Even though I’ve heard bad things about this hospital my experience here wasn’t bad, it was just a waste of time rather. The employees & nurses are very friendly & caring. Check in time and being brought to the back was fast. Then that’s when the wait got long. I waited hours in the room. Waiting for test and the doctor was long even though most of the other beds were empty. Also the doctor didn’t really say much or ask many questions. He also didn’t seem to know anything. He was just in and out. I was kinda left confused and I don’t think he looked at what I came in for much. He was nice though, so there’s that. I don’t think I will be coming back here though.

Waiting for my elderly grandmother to finish a procedure, I particularly hate being inside hospitals due to the atmosphere giving me anxiety, and I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the security.

They seemed as though English was thier first and only language; however, they could not understand when I spoke English to them.

They demanded the information of my grandmother. I told them I would not be giving out my grandmother's information, and that if they had an issue with me waiting in the lot, I would be more than happy to move to a different location to wait for her.

This man just starts yelling at me to give him my grandmother's information again. 🤨

So now I'm waiting over at the McDonald's for my grandma. 🤦🏾

This might not be the best place to come for outpatient procedures (especially the mental health from the sounds of it 🙃) I know after this experience, we will be looking into alternatives because this type of treatment isn't okay anywhere.

Update: I picked up my grandmother with no other problems that day from any other staff.

We have; however, found a different location for her on going treatments moving forward.

Went here recently, it took staff 20 min. to check people in, 40 patient sitting in waiting area, one bleeding out thru the mouth.
Hospital is dirty, staff standing around doing nothing. I only gave 1 star because I had to rate something
