Friendly staff, good phone etiquette, more than enough machines, televisions are typically mostly working, good air circulation, on-site trainer! (currently hiring! 01/13), clean men's locker room, water fountain AND bottle fill station. Love this one more than my hometown PF.

The manager Gabby always keeps the place clean and orderly. If I have any questions or concerns the staff is always helpful

One of my favorite places. Always nice and clean, awesome friendly staff, good selection of equipment. They also maintain their equipment quite well. Something breaks and it is quickly fixed or replaced.

The Washington Township Planet Fitness is a very nice place to work out. The site is very clean and the staff attentive and friendly. Wish that members didn’t sit on the resistance machines texting their friends, but hey I guess that’s the issue every place. Would highly recommend this site.

i have no complaints. i go there 3x a week, mostly after work. it is clean, the other members are considerate, and the machines are kept in good order. some gyms that i have belonged to i swear never fix anything. if i have an issue is that they could add a bench machine or two and maybe remove a number of unused treadmills that take up half the floor space.

Excellent equiment and personal servicio

There are plenty of machines to go on. I never have to wait. The gym is kept very clean. Everyone is very nice. I feel very comfortable working out there.

Finally started taking care of myself and the place is quite welcoming to new gym goers, recommend taking or going with a friend at least the first couple times though that knows a little bit about it, but if you can't there's QR code instructions on most of the machines anyway

It's the only affordable gym around anymore.

I have been a member for a few years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I always see at least 1(if not 2) staff member cleaning and dusting the equipment. I hold them at the highest regards, especially during this Summer!!! I highly recommend Planet Fitness.💪

This gym is so much better than my home gym in SIcklerville. It’s cleaner and all the machines are in way better shape. I have to come here because the stair climbers in SIcklerville are all broken and unplugged. The SIcklerville gym has all the original machines from when the place opened and they are constantly breaking down and out of service for weeks at a time. The Sewell gym has 5 stair climbers all in perfect clean working order. If I lived closer I would definitely make this gym my home gym.

I signed up for the black card recently. I’ve had a great experience. Plenty of equipment, clean, and feel comfortable working out here. Very friendly staff always and love the app and the check in process and easy to enroll my guests for the guest pass. Highly recommend.

This is a clean, safe gym with plenty of cardio equipment. The lockers have self-setting codes so you never need to bring a lock. Even on during the peak hours, I can always get the machine I want to use.

I brought a guest with me today. Ariana, the assistant manager is an absolute customer service super-star who went out of her way to make sure my guest had a good experience. This kind of excellence is rare these days. Therefore, I think the Sewell location deserves recognition for being so accommodating!!! :)

I have been going to this gym for 6 weeks and am very happy. The staff has always been friendly with a smile, hello and goodbye. I have never seen a staff so attentive to the cleanliness of a gym like this one. Last night the treadmills were pulled out and they were vacuuming and mopping underneath.... I have to say I’ve never seen dust. This gym is very well kept and I’ve never run into a broken piece of equipment or not been able to use a machine due to the amount of members. As a black card member, I have to say I’m very impressed and this isn’t my first time using a planet fitness but this one bar far is the best kept.

One of the main draws to planet fitness has always been their accommodating hours, and that alone deserves 5 stars. This location however, exceeds the standards most “chain” gyms are represented by. For starters it’s clean and while sanitizing the equipment morally should be done by the individual who is finished using it, I’ve seen staff countless times clean a machine or set of weights after an individual didn’t clean after themselves. Staff are always pleasant when checking in or out as well. Definitely recommend!

The staff is always friendly, and there are so many different types of equipment to use that even if there are a lot of people there, you still feel like you can workout. I love the different machines and the lockers in the gym are really safe and secure as well.
