Brooklawn Planet Fitness has the absolute BEST employee of all the Planet Fitness clubs I frequent! Serena is always super friendly, greets everyone with the biggest smile. All while never standing still, constantly moving, making sure to refill cleaning solutions, paper towels, and cleaning. The pride she takes in her work is superb!

I’ve been going to this particular gym in Brooklawn NJ since 2013. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, informative and polite. The atmosphere here is different and I mean in a good way. I always feel welcomed and at home. It’s a well rounded community here. What made me really want to write this review was we because we’re a community had a new member and quickly I noticed the love and concern for our newest member. I later find out he’s blind. But today I see the member working out as I usually do but a staff member named Josh noticed or is alerted that the blind member is done working out at a station and josh is right there to help, Assist and take him to his next machine or exercise. That right there filled my heart and soul with soo much happiness, joy and love that I had to commend him for just being a good human being. Do I decided to give back and acknowledge the effort. We should all be like Josh everyday of our lives and keep making this World a better place.

Our experience at PF Brooklawn has been very positive. The location is great and the staff is not draconian like I have read online with regards to reacting negatively/abusively towards heavy lifters or those more serious about their personal fitness.

Overall, I think the manager at the Brooklawn location has done a great job!

Always nice people helping. Always clean and equipment is easy to use.. Can't wait to go each day ~ what a God send after being ill for 3 years.

It's a good place to GYM with no judgements

Amazing atmosphere! Clean equipment. Huge array of exercise devices, benches, bar bells, dumb bells, mats, all-in-one and aerobics. The staff is respectable and knowledgeable. There are massage beds and chairs. Also tanning beds and lockers for your stuff; bring your own lock!! Everything is here in one spot! Only thing; bring your old fashioned headphones if you want to listen to the many tvs, cord with plug. I just stick with my music! I definately give Planet Fitness a 10 out of 10!!

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the gym to be cleaned regularly and it is a safe feeling environment. All the people in the gym keep to themselves and don't engage in unwanted interactions. I hope P.F. stays in Brooklawn.

First day back in the gym. From Rona messing up everything. It was very clean and every patron was freat . wearing mask and cleaning the machines after they got done. It felt good.

Very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Equipment is always in great condition.

Always clean Always super friendly! Just don't go around 6pm-7pm. It's a trainer that has 10 to 15 people everyday around those times. And machines are limited had to change my work schedule!

Truly happy I rejoined the gym. The staff was friendly and amazing and helped me finish signing up and showed me how to operate the contactless check-in. Since the remodel the women's locker room has been kept immaculate. That's a plus!

I run 4 days of week on treadmill.
This is my home gym. The morning opener is so polite and sweet say Good morning and See ya guys on the way out...The atmosphere is welcoming and feels safe. I go to other pfs they don't feel welcoming so i always come back home 🤗

Great gym full of great people! Have lots of equipment and whatever they don’t have you can easily substitute. It’s usually never crowded but if there is people in there

I am reading some of these reviews and literally laughing out loud..."I put a towel on it and walked away"...lmao!!!! Who does this??? Seriously though, I absolutely love this place! It is clean, the staff and fellow gym-goers are super friendly and it is a great place for fitness newbies and veterans alike. The 30-minute work out room is a great place to begin your fitness journey without feeling like you're out of place or confused about where to start.
For the small monthly fee, you really do get a big bang for your buck. There are tanning booths, red light therapy booths, personal training and my personal favorite...massage beds!
I lost just under 40lbs within 5 months of going there and have never been in better physical shape in my entire life. I actually had such great results that I am now studying to take the ACSM personal trainers certificate exam in hopes to help others.
It seems like most of the negative reviews are from people who lack accountability and believe they deserve special treatment because they shell out $10 or $20 once a month. Get over yourselves! And not for nothing, but if you can't handle writing a letter of cancellation, slapping a stamp on it and tossing it in the mailbox, you should probably just quit at life because it doesn't get more simpler than that;D
