Very welcoming to beginners and advanced athletes. I love coming here everyday. The members are nice and the gym is air conditioned and clean! They have specialty equipment like deadlift bars, squat bars, kilo plates, etc. As well as the best coaching and staff available! Personal training, exercise programming, nutritional coaching, and classes are all available as an add on to your membership. The best gym in the area. You’ll learn so much being a member here!

Great gym, great atmosphere. Awesome staff. Since starting here I've hit PR's and am getting stronger every day. Staff definitely know their stuff. Trust them enough that I now have my 13 yr old son going. He has gotten stronger, leaner and really looks forward to working out! Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Great atmosphere from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The coaches are very knowledgeable about everything powerlifting. Very well stocked with the best equipment. Definitely recommend stopping in for the day or making a new commitment here if you’re in the area.

Great Gym. The owner is knowledgable. During my initial few weeks at the gym I was given free personal instruction on how to perform each lift safely and correctly. Even still, at a year in, I receive constant feed back on how I can improve my lifting technique as I progress in powerlifting. All my lifts have significantly improved since joining. I do not believe I would have reached this level of training at a commercial gym. The atmosphere is inviting. The gym recently did a dead lifts for dogs competition where they raised money for local dog shelters, so they are invested in the community. I recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in power lifting or simply lifting as a way to get in shape.

One of the greatest gyms I have personally have gone to. The best equipment, a great atmosphere, and just the most helpful and easy to talk to staff. I’m proud to be and say that I am apart of the Keen Strength Family.

Very nice, very clean facility stocked to the gills with specialty barbells, weights, power racks, and platforms. Everything you need to powerlift or weightlift, and on brand new equipment. You can tell the owners take pride in their facility by how well they maintain their equipment. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Amazing gym! Awesome powerlifting equipment and very clean. Owner is such a cool dude. Will definitely go back again.

Gyms probably good but the owner who drives the black Jeep drives like a over compensating Dbag.
