The food is authentic and delicious. I ordered chicken tamales and they are large and yummy. The green tomatillo sauce has a great flavor and is spicy but not too hot. We also got the lamb barbacoa, and it was the best I have ever had. The lamb was tender, juicy and had a lovely flavor.. We've lived in San Antonio for 25 years and El Manantial would give some of our favorite places there a run for their money.

Great food! They catered our company’s cinco de mayo party last minute and did an amazing job. Everyone loved the food! Nice people working here.

The food was delicious! Everything we tried was perfectly seasoned, the meat was tender, and the guacamole was outstanding! The staff was very personable and attentive. They gave us coupons for a free appetizer for our next visit. Awesome! I can't wait to go back to work my way through the menu!

Fresh, authentic homemade Mexican food. Can never go wrong, very affordable and consistent. Would recommend stopping in and trying a burrito or tacos, you won’t regret it. One of the best places i’ve been to to be able to enjoy good Mexican food.

A very nice Mexican family restaurant with an attached Mexican grocery. They have a stage that is set up for live and karaoke, but we were there Sunday evening so cannot say certain. Staff and owner where excellent. Ready with an explanation and suggestion, and extremely welcoming. Tried the lengua (tongue) and barbacoa (lamb) tacos mexicanous. Both were excellent my wife had the mole con Pollo which was good. Cannot beat the price and pleasant ambiance We will be coming back in May to try the huitlacoche (corn fungus) taco, which was unavailable at this time of year. Grocery had a great selection of dried peppers and spices. BYOB. Worth a detour.

Friendly service and great food!! Everything was fresh and handmade perfectly. If you want good Mexican food I would highly recommend this place! Small cozy decorated environment great for family dinner or take out!

Had dinner here tonight and the carnitas tacos were simply amazing. Possibly the best tacos I have ever had. Friendly and quick service. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing food! Service was decent, clean bathrooms and the restaurant was clean as well. The menu has a lot of items to choose from. You won't be disappointed!

This place is outstanding. The food is great and very authentic. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond. The karaoke in the back was so much fun and awesome since it was BYOB. We had a party of about thirty people and everyone had a great time. If you are looking for a place to do a fun party consider this place. Thanks to the owner who was there making sure we had a great time the whole time. Too notch service!

Woodbury is lucky to have this delicious authentic Mexican cuisine right in its downtown! The food is always fresh and delicious. Great for take-out or spend some time enjoying karaoke and live music. They also do catering buffets!

The Mexican tacos were really good....like the one's I used to buy back in new york....

Got 2 different types of burritos, nachos grande with meat, a few other things. Everything was absolutely delicious! And reasonable for the amount of food that we got!highly recommend this place

The food was excellent, though it took a little longer than I expected to arrive. The servers were friendly and attentive. One of them misheard something on our order and corrected it at no charge after bringing the incorrect item. We didn't do karaoke, but it was a fun atmosphere. Try this place out!

I Enjoyed The Good Quality Mexican Food & Environment. The Drinks Were Served Good With A Good Quality Amount. I Enjoyed That Anyone At The Restaurant Can Join In For Karaoke Even The Workers. Good Environment For The Family, Friends, Coworkers, & Yourself. All Food Prepared At Right Temperature For Everyone: Kids & Adults. Friday Night Karaoke Is A Must And Very Good Entertainment. The Tacos A La Mexicana Were Very Good Especially Tacos De Pollo/Tinga.

Ordered for the first time and the food was EXCELLENT. It arrived (via Uber Eats) more quickly than promised, portion sizes were great, the carnitas sandwich was on freshly made bread and as large as my forearm. Cannot wait to explore the menu more. Highly recommend!
