Nicole and Kerr Living were great to work with! Nicole was very attentive and would check in weekly even during the sit and wait periods. She was supportive and calming with a positive outlook throughout the entire process. Nicole went above and beyond and was door knocking, calling and dropping off flyers in search of my next home. She was more than willing to be present at my home for all inspections and re-inspections, which was a huge help and took stress off of my plate! Tim was AMAZING! From the very beginning, even before we listed our house, he gave us pointers on how to get it ready to sell. He walked us through every step that we could expect in the process, and he and his team touched base with us constantly to be sure we understood what needed to be done, documents that needed to be signed, etc.. His team is just wonderful. Tim, Cheryl, Amy and Julie handled the entire transaction from start to finish seamlessly. We can't recommend Tim and his team enough. When our stress level was HIGH, his reassurance that things would work out made all the difference in us keeping our sanity through the selling process. Tim and his team are all aces. David was fantastic. He was very responsive to any inquiries related to homes interested in. Not only did he show homes in good weather but also inclement weather. In addition effectively communicated needs and followed up on urgent needs. I went to settlement in 30 days which shows how attentive to detail David is. I highly urge anyone looking for a home to utilize this service and specifically David Katzman for their real estate needs.

Dana and her team did an amazing job in helping me to work through all of the difficulties of trying to renovate and sell my first flip property. Dana's attention to detail and the amount of time and effort she put into this process were truly above and beyond what one would ever expect from an agent. She helped with finding contractors, talking to the code / inspection office and generally being supportive throughout a long and difficult process. In the end this house sold for well above the asking price after having 22 offers made in one weekend. I couldn't be happier with the service that Dana and her team provided and if you utilize her as an agent you will be gaining the advice and expertise of someone who cares immensely about her clients and the quality of her work. Tim and his team were outstanding. We had a lot of hurdles to overcome prior to closing on our house. Tim and his team were on top of everything and helped immensely to ensure the sale of our house was finalized.
