Advocare Premier OB/GYN of South Jersey

From top to bottom, the best gynecological care I've ever received. Office and providers are mindful of time which many are not. The providers are caring and spend time listening without rushing you.

Candice is the best! Great bedside manner, very personable, and always listens and answers my questions with detail. The gynecologist is an uncomfortable experience as it is, but she made my visits so welcoming. The receptionist was great as well! I had an issue that I wanted to try to take care of right away and the receptionist was very sympathetic and was able to get me in the same day! I also asked for the female doctor I had at my last visit and she did not try to persuade me to see someone else like most doctor offices would do just to get you in and out the door. Highly recommend!

The bathroom and office are clean. They make you feel very comfortable and have very nice customer service. I enjoyed my experience here for the first time. I definitely recommend.

Had a very positive experience , Dr. Grossman was pleasant and answered all my questions. This was my first visit with with this practice and I must say I was quite pleased with my appointment.

A provider's office where you can receive individualized care! These provider's talk to you and LISTEN to you! I have seen multiple providers at this practice and they each are great. I have gone through pregnancies and now getting ready to enter the next phase and each provider has given me amazing care. Highly recommend!!!

This was my first experience in this office as a new patient and it was nothing short of amazing! The check in process was quick, the ladies at the front desk were friendly, personable and very helpful. They let me know where the bathroom was just in case I needed it and showed me where the exits were.

My concerns and questions were welcomed and addressed. I did not feel rushed, dismissed or slighted in any way as compared to other establishments I’ve visited. GREAT experience overall and relieved to have found an establishment that is respectful, accepting and professional. Thank you for a great first experience!

Great doctors, and I love the midwife Candie; she’s always upbeat, smiling, and is easy to talk to to. The office is always clean, the receptionists always greet you with a smile, and appointments are easy to make and reschedule when you need to. I also love that when there is a cancellation they reach out to you to see if you want to come earlier, that always works in my favor especially when I have a late appointment due to a specific day that I need and availability by the time I make the appointment.

Very friendly office staff and doctor! Appointments are always taken on time. Dr. Grossman is caring and professional. Would definitely recommend this office and doctor.

Everyone that I encountered was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was a new patient and was able to get appt fairly quickly. Paperwork was easy to complete. Dr Grossman made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail with issues I was encountering. Definitely would recommend this practice and will continue going to this site.

Absolutely love this practice. The nurses and doctors go above and beyond. Everyone you encounter from calling to make an appointment to your actual visit makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I’ve never felt judged, my voice is always heard, and I can trust my doctor.

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about people having bad OBGYN’s… NOT THIS GIRL!!! I had a previous doctor that I didn’t care for, so when I got pregnant, I switched to this facility and I couldn’t be happier. They were so warm, inviting, and friendly. Throughout my pregnancy, I truly felt like family. I still see the doctor who delivered my daughter and it’s just been amazing getting care here. Highly recommend to ANYONE thinking about switching… please do! Hands down best staff ever ❤

This office is absolutely amazing! Everyone at this practice is so kind, patient and compassionate. They make you feel welcomed at each visit an really take their time to listen to you and answer all of your questions. The providers are the hands down best around. I couldn't ask for a better team to take are of me over the past 8 years and helping me bring two beautiful boys into this world!

I love this office! It’s a very professional practice from the time you walk in the door to the receptionist. The girls at the front are awesome and so down to earth. The doctors and midwifes answer all your questions and take their time explaining things. I’ve had two c sections by Dr. Felsenstien. She is amazing! My scar is so small and recovery is quick! I had big babies. (My first was 11 pounds and my second was 10 pounds) and she advised me on a plan that kept me and the babies safe! I highly recommend this place and refer my friends and family here all the time.

I have been going to Voorhees location for over 6 years and never had I had a bad experience.
Just recently— Due to an emergency I had to call last minute to be seen and they were so accommodating and fit me in the same day. I went to their other location in Sewell and the facility was very nice.
Everyone is super friendly, especially Rebecca! She makes you feel like you’re girlfriends that goes way back lol.

No bad reviews here. I started coming here for my first pregnancy as my previous GYN did not have an OB and I haven't turned back. The ENTIRE staff is friendly and helpful. The wait time is minimal. I've never waited more than 10 minutes before being taken back. The medical staff actually listens to your concerns. You don't feel like your being a bother and your not getting brushed off. I constantly recommend Advocare Premier OB/GYN of South Jersey.

For a first-time visit to the gyn, it was an overall pleasant experience. Dr.Felsenstein took the time to listen to me, as did her MA (whose name I regrettably did not catch), no one made me feel awkward or ashamed, and the lovely lady at the front desk helped me with the questions I had about the paperwork and explained what I was actually signing for. I am an MA at another Advocare office, and it's wonderful to know that I can receive the same treatment that I provide for my patients, and the same treatment that our doctors provide in another office.

Not one negative thing I could say. Very clean, well organized, hardly any wait at all and Dr Felsenstein was great. Felt very comfortable and cared for.

Hands down the best OBGYN care I ever had!!! The whole office is so pleasant from the lady at the front desk, assistant, phlebotomist, And the Dr… Promise you will not be disappointed… The office is nice & clean. The Dr. Listen to you.. I’m glad I found them!!!

Easy to get an appointment. Was able to see the provider I wanted to see. Barely waited at all and was seen in the room within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Quick and efficient all questions answered.
