Lots of equipment, free weights, dumbbells & tons of space for stretching, isometrics, basically all of your woorkout needs.

This place is fantastic! I travel for work and am always looking for cool gyms along the way. This one is better than a Powerhouse/Golds and was less crowded on a recent weeknight; a day pass was cheaper too. Loads of equipment, many duplicate machines…can’t wait to go back for leg day. I have an Anytime membership, but Six Pack Fitness is superior given the size of the facility and variety of equipment.

Staff is very welcoming, extremely clean gym from top to bottom. The owner ann makes you feel at home and welcoming. Overall great place to train. Highly recommend

Absolutely a great place to workout. Highly recommend that you at least go there for a day to try it out. I did that and I knew I had to come back.

This gym has everything I want. It’s low-key with loads of equipment and super-cheap. It doesn’t have classes, which isn’t reflected on the website. But I am not so much a class person anyway. I am an a/c person, however. It is now fall. On cool days, it is okay. On warm days (60s and 70s), it’s unbearable. It’s hot and stuffy. I don’t mind building up a sweat, but I’m sweating before I’ve even done anything. This gym is cheap, but I would pay more if it meant I could work out in cool, comfortable air conditioning. My husband and I asked if they could drop the temperature a degree or two, but all they could do was open the door to let some fresh air in. It’s probably freezing in the winter; they probably don’t use the heat either.
