My favorite therapist (Dave) and nurse practitioner (Lisa) started practicing here after leaving my old mental health center, and I followed. Dave is incredibly insightful, and easy to talk to, and Lisa is more concerned with your well being than with just giving you a script and sending you on your way. For these reasons I'd HIGHLY recommend them both. And, to top it all off, their secretarial staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Thank you so much guys for your excellence!

I’ve been going here for years. Lisa Ewan is wonderful; she listens, she cares, and goes above and beyond. She’s very knowledgeable…don’t know what I’d do without her.

I have been seeing the nurse practitioner DD. I have nothing but high praise for the attention and concern in finding a medication that works well for my problems.

Nurse practitioner Diane Deblaise is rude. I asked for her number to contact her incase of anything and she gave me the after hours number instead..she's very impersonal and doesn't make the session fulfilling. Dave and Natalie are amazing! Will recommend them to anyone!

Diane Burt and the lady at the front desk with the brown hair and glasses (she sits on the right)are the own two people that I could associate with.
I have been going for years for my son. Maybe since he was 7 or so. He first saw Vince, who was good for him at the time, and eventually graduated out of therapy. That it until his mother(me) received a terminal cancer diagnosis. Diane Burt took me under her care too. She recommended Jess Hernandez who is fantastic for my son. Very caring and she is so down to earth with kids. My cancer makes it tough to always make appointments, but the nice reception lady knows I am sick and told me to just cancel when I have issues. But, to get a prescription filled now is awful. Diane Burt was caring and kind, and treated you like human. To avoid directly naming the person I deal with now, the things that have been said to me has in turn caused me to have anxiety just going to see then. That should tell you something. If this place is supposed to help people, you might want to recheck your training. I would also like to add, this by no means undermines anyone that does care there. But, get a reality check people. And don't treat your patients like addicts.

My daughter was seeing Natalie Deming for therapy some time ago. She was horrible and rude. She offered zero help for my daughter, and if I asked Natalie for any feedback on progress, she became offended and argumentative with me. Either way not sure if she even practices in CFG anymore

I've had wonderful counselors through CFG, however their administration and business practices is the reason I strongly do not recommend them.

When my counselor was terminated from CFG, I went without services for some time thinking there was a tech issue. I received an email from my counselor stating I would be contacted by the office manager to reschedule. I was contacted by a separate branch to reschedule, before the email, and was never contacted from the original branch.

Don't expect call backs or follow ups from the office manager.

Watch your bills and billing. I was incorrectly billed multiple times which wound up with my account receiving a $165 credit - which I can no longer use as I discontinued from the practice. I was never told what would happen to that credit since discontinuing service.

Also, if there's any issues with billing coverage, just contact your insurance. Give the name of the provider and the service type (telehealth or in person services etc) and they will be able to tell you your copay and coverage. I've had to correct CFG billing on my copay and coverage.

I’ve been going to this office for almost two years now. While it hasn’t always been a one star experience, at best its been a 2.5 to 3 star experience. I’ve been seeing Diane Deblase the entire time. She is impersonal and short, which I don’t love but honestly I didn’t really care about at first. I wasn’t seeking therapy sessions, I just needed medication management. So while she was short, I really didn’t care. Over our sessions it became increasingly apparent that Diane had no idea who I was or what my plan was in medication management. She continuously had no idea what medication or dosage I was on and had no records from previous sessions. This left me in a position to recite everything to her by memory. At which point she’d take my word for it and just prescribe the medications again. I was trying to ween off a certain medication, which she offered no guidance for and I’ve been left to slowly ween off of it my own and just paying a lot of attention to how my body is reacting. She has often over prescribed medications, due to not knowing what the correct dosage was. I would spend the entire 15 minute session telling HER what the plan was for my medication rather than receiving any guidance, and at the end of all that this would cost me $100 per session on top of my medication costs. It came to a head for me, however, when I switched to an online pharmacy that had cheaper prices, thus making my care more affordable for me when it is quite expensive to begin with. Diane was unable to figure out how to prescribe the medications through the online pharmacy and refused to call the pharmacy for help or seek assistance in any way shape or form. I eventually, after calling multiple times, gave up and have simply switched to MDLIVE Where the cost per visit is $0 with my insurance. My single session with MDLIVE went better than any session I’ve had with Diane. I encountered no issues with the same online pharmacy. I overall would not reccomend wasting your time at this facility.

Terrible service. I waited a month to hear back that they can’t see my 5 y/o child. Sent the consent form back, called after a week, was transferred numerous times, filled out a form online for a call back, all to be told they can’t see my child. Delayed care for my kid, thank you center for family guidance. Horrible service, I’ll be sure to make TRICARE aware of this facility’s terrible communication and to divert patient to other more capable facilities.

Poor management of patients. I was prescribed a medication that cost $900 after insurance. I called the office 3 times to get my medication fixed. I had one return call from an office manager who was supposed to call me back when she was able to workout something with the pharmacy. I never received a call back. Just now De. Lopez called for a follow up and blatantly lied about calling me and leaving me messages. Phone records are proof of that. I would avoid this place at all cost.
