McDonald's

Food is always fresh, and the employees are pleasant. They always have whatever I need to order. I always use the drive-through, and it's hardly ever backed up. Even when I went during their "rush" hours due to the nearby college crowd.

Went for breakfast and they accidentally mixed up my order. They said I could come back whenever and they will exchange it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and was very kind. The workers are usually very nice too and the place is clean :)

Drive thru always messes up the order. Ordered bacon egg biscuit, hot sausage egg biscuit. Another time the hash browns was missing. 90%of the time order is incorrect. They don't care! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to get a simple ir right. This is the McDonald's in Washington twp.

Purchases Fish sandwiches at the drive through. They tasted good and were very fresh. Good price.

The people are very nice I had hand surgery and can not get my drink or food and they bought everything to the table for me.

This McDonald's was very clean. The outside was nicely landscaped. The service was quick. The only suggestion I would leave is to mark the exits onto the road better.

I left my phone by accident and they were able to return it to me. So thankful

I got 2 apple fritters. And a box of chocolate chip cookies that came out warm and soft and just so yummy! You usually wait because they warn them up as people order them. Employees were very friendly.

The staff was so friendly when I visited this location. And on top of that my food was made perfectly ! My Big Mac buns perfectly toasted, fresh beef Patties, so good! And the nuggets were perfect! Great job!

I go here often. This morning was beautiful in all ways for everything being spot on at the counter order. Customer service and the order was all correct 💯%.

The cashier in the drive thru at 745a was super pleasant!! Greeted, wished me a nice day and even thanked me!!! Blue McD t shirt.
The younger lady that handed my bag~ not a word, not a smile - not even a Thanks.
Pretty sure she was management, black shirt.
I think the cashier should be manager!

I was having the worst day ever last Sunday and it was like a billion degrees out and the employees at the counter were incredibly nice and sympathetic. All I was getting was a couple large waters, which they didn't charge me and they tried to make me feel better. Their kindness actually helped turn my miserable day around. They even let me charge my cellphone at their outlet although I didn't purchase anything... may not seem like much but it has a huge impact on me. An experience I won't ever forget.

Had a really pleasant experience this morning. Got through the drive thru quickly, my order was right and the employees were pleasant. Thank you for starting off my day so great!

Food was fast and fresh and they got my order on point but rating 5 stars simply because the girl in the front with the glasses running the orders was absolutely gorgeous would drive w hours back here just for her to serve me my food again lol

I always loved McDonald's and still do but why is it so hard to drop napkins in the bag. Is it hard to do! I always have to ask. To me it's like going to the bathroom and not wiping your @&$!!! You know what I'm saying. Lol. Just give napkins!

The staff is always amazing! Such a nice place to go to just because of the staff.
The food, obviously, is fast food.

Fast friendly service and the fries were piping hit just like I like them.

You order, they give you a card that stands up with a number on it and tell you to grab a table and they will bring your food to you. The drink I wanted was empty so when they brought the food they got my drink! When I was half done they asked if everything was Ok. Wow, you go McDonalds!

Fresh Big Macs always bring me to my knees! Washed down with a small Orange Fanta you can't go wrong!
