Food is great, friendly service. Portions are very fair as are the prices. I have had most items on the menu over the years and have never been let down.

We went for Mothers Day and I myself had the load potatoes with sausage green peppers and onions. Because you get to choose 2 vegetables and the meat. They were Amazing very good. The service was as expected it was a Holiday and there were lots of other folks taking their grandma, mom, or wife to eat. The customer service was good.

The brisket grilled cheese sandwich was the special - ‘Nuff said. Perfection! Super friendly & fast service too, will be back soon!

This place was recommended to me by a friend, or I would of never stopped here. I am so glad she told me about it. Everything was delicious. Their meats are smoked and absolutely Devine! My Cobb salad was huge, and bread that came with it was incredible! Hubby had the blue cheese burger, it was 1/2 pound, he made it into a two meal deal. Can’t wait to return and try more things.

The burgers were great, served quickly even though it was pretty busy. Great atmosphere, mostly because of the fantastic live music! Way to go, Nate!

Good food, service and nice space overall. Good smalltown feel for dropping in for a bite to eat while driving through.

We mainly have breakfast here, which so far everything is good. You will not go away hungry. The couple times we have had dinner here, the food is good as well...just haven't had their burgers yet, so being located in Oregon, not sure if this is the "Home of the Texas Longhorn Burger 😁 We are from Texas and we know our beef😋😉

Great food! Hand formed thick burgers! Smoked meats! Kids grilled cheeses is as cheesy as my grandbaby 😘& homemade pie ! Great service and atmosphere! We will make the 20 min drive again!

My sister and I eat breakfast there about once a month... it's ALWAYS good. Never disappoints. Yesterday I had the homemade Corned Beef Hash & eggs. It's some of the best Hash & Eggs I've ever had!! And the service is top notch.

Collins food is consistently great! We have eaten many different dishes there and all were delicious. Great service and chef!

Great food, great atmosphere. Staff was wonderful and we got hear Nate Hendricks play and sing. We even joined him for a couple of tunes. We will be back.

Taco Monday was wonderful 😋 homemade shells, green
sauce... if you haven't been, highly recommend.

Food was good and reasonable, had a great waitress that also had made the desserts. I really liked the Trail Blazer special that I had on my visit: pulled pork sandwich with tots and a microbrew for $10! The chocolate peanut butter cheesecake should be left some room in your stomach!

I love this place. Usually order the chopped salad with smoked chicken or a burger. Had chopped salad tonight and was a little disappointed that the chicken was old and very tough. Not a normal occurrence here as the food is usually very good. Must have been a bad day for smoked chicken.

10/5/22 - Back in town and back to Colvins for dinner. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Melt to try something different, and it didn't disappoint. In fact, very tasty.
