Derek is amazing!! Best service I’ve ever experienced for any fast food restaurant. Food was out so quick I still had time to enjoy my hour long lunch from work and not have to rush out. Thank you for being so attentive and checking on us throughout our meal. This guy deserves a raise!! Thank you store 1675 for great service.

Fast friendly service great food will definitely be back had loaded fettuccine my husband had loaded baked Spaghetti and bone in wings. The breadsticks were the best i have had in a long time brought home left overs everything was great also reheated.

Brandon and the lunch team at this Fazoli’s were friendly and efficient. Food was fresh and served quickly despite the parking lot being pretty full. Restaurant was clean and tables were cleaned and cleaned quickly. Overall a great experience, a level above many Fazolis I have visited.

Derek was incredible and knew what I wanted before even I did! So helpful and kind. Back again soon. Love going for my lunch hour. Nice cashier is always helpful too.

The breadsticks have been on fire lately! I usually get a small spagetti and eat them together. I would recommend for anyone looking for quality reasonably priced iltalian foods 🍝

I know this isn't "authentic" Italian and it's a fast food restaurant, but I'd rather come here than an Italian bistro or restaurant. The food has always been spot on and service has always been friendly. The atmosphere is one where you can actually relax and not feel rushed. Thank you!

Everything about the experience was top notch. The cashier was so helpful, the water was has the best and friendliest attitude, and the food was delicious and abundant.

Great good & great service. The team at the Jasper, IN really seamed like they have a good head on their shoulders with the manager Theresa! The whole staffed seemed friendly and the food was absolutely delicious.

My mom, my sister and I ate here today and the service and food was excellent. Alicia B took our order and brought out our food. She was super nice and friendly. She was working front counter and drive thru but still made us a top priority. Thanks to her we will be returning again.

We hadn't been to Fazolli's in quite sometime, since we don't live near one. We were pleased with the service and the food was good too. It was a quick stop on our way home from Holiday World that hit the spot. I recommend giving this Fazolli's a try.

My wife and I have consistently visited this Fazoli's over the past couple of years. We have never had a bad experience. In fact, the new management that has recently taken over this restaurant has been extremely kind, and we have become friends with the restaurant manager. The wife and I can always count on Fazoli's anytime we'd like to treat ourselves to something delicious in a friendly atmosphere.

First time eating here as I’m currently traveling & it was AMAZING! The management & other employees were welcoming & kind, the food tasted great and I will definitely be stopping back to this restaurant when I’m back in town! Such a wonderful atmosphere!

Christmas Eve. Wish I would have had more money than I did to tip the entire store for all the good service and the fact they were working and did not one bit seem upset about being at work.

sierra was who took my order. she was a very lovely girl with excellent customer service! you should be proud to have her as an employee! this was at the jasper indiana location.
