Had a bad two days of bowhunting the pre-rut. Visited Gun World and explained what happened the previous 2 nights. Some was most definitely on me but John took a look at my gear and listened to my observations. He made a few adjustments to draw weight, arrow rest, confirmed my form was actually not bad. We went with a slightly slimmer shaft, weighted insert up front and sonofagun, it seemed like a completely different bow (Matthews V3). My left right was perfect but due to the extra weight was a bit low. Two elevation adjustments and I was money! Great shop wether archery, firearms or trapping. Right around the corner from the in-laws farm. I’ll be a regular! Great job everyone. Thank you. You brought back my confidence in me.

Great sporting store. Buy Local!! Gun World is a WELL stocked gun and bow shop. They have a range to dial in your bow for hunting or practice. The guys are well versed in most bows and timed my xbow for cheap!!!
I have also bought several firearms from them as well and feel they are competitively priced. A large selection plus knowledgeable, friendly staff keeps me coming back. I always have a positive experience here...Thanks staff!!

Great dudes to work with! Very personable and friendly staff. I was in the area for work and had a tight timeline to have my bow restrung before having to go back home out of state. These guys had a quick turnaround on my bow. I even picked up a new rest and sight in the process. They were able to get me tuned back in and ready to go before my leaving. The inventory was vast and had everything I needed.

This shop is awesome. John assisted me with leveling, tuning, and sighting in my bow. I’m just getting into archery and he gladly helps, and gives me solid advice on shooting. Great place, amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Awesome archery shop. While on a hunting trip in Southern Indiana my first day out my crossbow breaks. They were the nearest pro shop around so I stopped in. They were able to try and fixed the crossbow but were unable to do so. Thought my whole trip was ruined until they offered to loan me a crossbow for the remainder of the week. No charge as long as I returned it before I left. They could of easily tried to sell me a crossbow, but instead there first offer was to loan me. That’s great customer service. Truly great full for them, if your ever in southern Indiana stop in.

Had to update my bow this year and they had a great selection of new and used bows. I shot 12 different bows and narrowed it down to a couple. Greg with the Archery shop gave me his input and spent over an hour and a half fine tuning the bow--It was way out of tune straight from the box. Greg literally said, "You can't leave here until it shoots right." I was late for dinner, but I can't be happier with the options, expertise, and time they give.

Just finished getting the bow sighted in and it shoots perfectly.

If you're looking for a bow, check out this place! They have an awesome selection of gear for your bow. Eddie got me set up with a new rig and he was amazing. I'm picky about who sets my bow up, the only other guy that I've used went out of business but he suggested Eddie...and he was awesome! Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

I needed help with my granddaughters bow. She was visiting & her string messed up. She had a tournament on Saturday & this was Thursday evening. We took the bow to Gun World & they were able to fix it!! Customer Service at it's best!

Don't get the negative reviews?? Visit there weekly; good product selection, friendly knowledgeable staff, prices are reasonable. Bow shop nicely arranged, stocked, and competently staffed. Would confidently recommend to anybody.

Awesome, locally owned sporting goods store. I went into buy a bow for my son but came back with two new bows after i've seen their customer service. I will definitely drive 45 mins from Louisville to shop there, again.

This place is great, all the archery equipment you would ever need and the customer service is second to none!! This is my new go to for bow hunting goodies.

Staff is 2nd to none. They go above and beyond in helping with any needs or questions. Their support for youth archery is impeccable. I deal with the archery department 90% of the time and leave knowing I got the best service and advice I could ask for. I personally will not go anywhere else for my archery needs.

I had another shop perform warranty work on my bow, when it was returned to me I had several issues that were not present when I dropped it off. Brought it to Gun World and Eddie had everything sorted out within 30 minutes, and it was nice having an onsite range to shoot for an hour afterwards. This will be my new archery shop going forward, even if it is a 45 minute drive from my house.

Adam at the gun counter was great one on one with me. There were other customers he could have handled, as he was probably aware that I was not going to buy that day, but he took time and answered all of my questions as well as my sons questions. He did not rush us at all and I appreciate that from sales staff and you will too.

Have had several rifles worked on and built through Gun world and every time they have been wonderful to work with. They are by far the best gun shop I have ever dealt with and my wife bought an XDS45 from them at a great price. I will be having them do all of my work on firearms

Why else?? Guns and gear! Really though they have fairly reasonable prices and a large selection for hunters (archery as well!), and have fishing supplies as well. This place has recently moved to a newer larger location, but Gunworld has been around for over 30 years. Great place!

My experience was fantastic! Megan was so helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices, great customer service and a great overall experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. My go to store for anything archery. Guys at the bow counter will take care of you whether you are shooting the new Mathews, a traditional bow or a crossbow.
