Paddling the year round whitewater on the N. Santiam River will never get old and the best place to debrief after a run is Trio Tavern because the staff are so friendly and prepare some of the best pub fare you’ll ever find with good taps and bar, and friendly patrons who love to strike up a friendly conversation, even with someone like me that uses terribly long run on sentences…..

Food was amazing - french dip and taco salad were both seriously good. Owner was friendly and items in the menu were much cheaper than most places in the area. We'll be back for sure.

The absolute best PATTY MELT I ever had. I didn’t even get to eat it hot but five hours later and still outstanding. Just like home but way better.
The best thing about Trio Roadhouse Tavern is the down home-ness of the place. You don’t get bombarded with mesquite or any other of the fine cooking woods they use , or the garlic and onion smells coming from the outdoor grills,… but just a hint to get your drool in check.
What can I say . Oh, the french fries were so great! and the home made ranch dressing was just WOW!
MAKE THIS PLACE A GO TO OREGON ROADHOUSE!!!

Great bar in a great town! For food, had the western burger, wings and French dip...all 3 were absolutely perfect!!! Great outdoor area to eat and enjoy company and drinks!!! Love this place and will always make it a point to stop in when in the area as its a very short drive off the Hwy, easy to get to and from...

Sometimes business can be slow and sometimes its busy but food is good and customers are friendly and so are employees don't feel ignored for long as u wait when it's busy

We dropped by here yesterday after kayaking the Packsaddle run on the North Santiam. Famished! The food was superb and everybody was super friendly. I had the Reuben, others had the ribeye sandwich and fish tacos. We were all so glad we'd found this place. Loved the potato salad, as well. It was homemade with celery and onions and a touch of mustard. Wonderful!

We always stop in to gamble a little. We usually come out ahead too. The staff are always really nice even if we don't order a drink. The place is clean and people ate friendly. I accidently left my phone there a couple of weeks ago and the bar tender really did all she could to get it back to me. Nice place to be.

Great little hometown type watering hole. Nice warm inviting place. Plus Janet was a great bartender.

This place is amazing. My friends Pablo, Nick and Stephanie have taken me there many times. Always awesome service, great beer selection and amazing food. The Trio Burger and the potato soup are 10's. And the guy with the negative comment can't even spell "waisted" right. Don't ever trust a guy who can't even spell a simple word.

Stopped here on our way home from Detroit and had a couple of beers and some good food. Friendly service and good atmosphere. We will be be returning. Thanks!

Wow, the best French dip I've had in a long time. Real friendly people who work there and had a nice conversation one of the customers. Very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Pass up the restaurant and bar in Lyons on your way to Mill City for fantastic food, affordable prices, small town feel and booze!
If you're not looking for processed, frozen and prepackaged food, this is the spot.
If you aren't looking for a drink and / or don't want to be around the "bar" scene but have an appetite, the Home Country Kitchen has great food but is a bit on the spendy side. Well worth the left overs that you bring home. They are only open until some time in the afternoon, so if you're looking for dinner consider calling in a take out order to the Trio!

My husband Carl and I love the Trio! Good food, good friends, great service, and fair prices. You will definitely find us there again.
