Came in for my son’s appointment and I had a tooth bothering me so they looked at right then!! Never had anywhere else do that…

This place is awesome! The Dr and nurses are great and compassionate. I have OHP and no problems at all. I'm getting dentures, had all upper teeth pulled which would normally send my anxiety reeling but these people made it easy and I felt safe. I have NO doubt getting my bottoms pulled will be easy and have every confidence in these professionals. Thank you MCD!

Great staff, knowledgeable. They are better than other dentists I've been to in Salem. They are caring and do their best to find appointments that work with your schedule. Yesterday my husband broke one of his teeth, and they were able to get us in the next day and stayed late to make sure his tooth was fixed. On top of that, my wisdom tooth became impacted and swollen last night. It was so painful and they were able to see me today to get it removed. They really care about their patients and do their best! I highly reccomend them.

Yesterday I had a crown installed on one of my front teeth. I was very pleased with Dr. Rust's & Kyler's attentiveness and skill. The whole process was pain free and the end result looks terrific! (can hardly tell which is the real tooth and which is the crown). And Sue at the front desk is always a pleasure to work with. Thanks All ! !

I absolutely love everyone in this office , they are kind and go out of their way to take care of their patients. My son had a accident at school, breaking both front teeth , not only were the teeth saved the dentist saved my sons smile. Forever grateful.

Dr Rust and the whole staff were great. Having a tooth pulled isn't fun, but there was no pain and the whole process was much better than I feared! Definitely recommend.

I just went in for my appointment I made 2 months ago to find out I got a babysitter for no reason. My appointment wasn't until April of 2018. The older woman at the desk I believe her name is Sue, snickered and thought it was funny. Then kept calling me Christine. Kept covering her mouth as she was trying not to laugh. I don't know what her problem is but someone without work ethic should not be the face you meet when you walk into an office. There was also a dog laying in the office, not very professional or sanitary. I would not recommend going there.

Had a dental plan with them for minor treatments on 2 teeth. Was never called to schedule the appts. When Id call to find out what was going on with the appts, was told they'd call me back which never happend. My teeth literally fell apart while waiting for appts to get started for the minor care to the point my two teeth got super infected and had to be pulled. Was then told Id need dentures!! Unbelievably terrible.. Ive been going to that office for nearly 15 years. Never felt so disregarded and uncared about.
DO NOT GO THERE!
I will not go there again.
Found a true dentist that was in disbelief that I was told I needed dentures when everything was saveable.

As the only dental clinic in Mill City, I have had a few appointments for various reasons over the years. Has that small-town feel where everybody knows everybody and you're greeted by name. The only issue I have is with the pets permitted to be in the clinic and the exam rooms. During one appointment, a dog followed the dentist into the exam room and spent nearly the entire appointment farting. The room smelt horrible, for which the dentist and hygienist were both apologetic. During another appointment, I requested that another dentist's dog not come into the exam room. My wishes were respected and the dog was kept from entering the exam room. However, when the dentist came in to look around in my mouth, I immediately started sneezing! Looking over to him sitting next to my head, I see that he has dog hair all over his black sweatshirt. I have horrible allergies and spend the rest of the day with an allergy flair up. When scheduling my follow-up appointment, it's was suggested that I come early morning after the dentist had just showered for the day and would assume to be less riddled with dog hair. Why is this even an issue? I don't understand why a dog is permitted in a dentist office anyway. It seems neither sanitary nor professional to me. Similar to other allergies in public establishments, efforts should be made to make it better known prior to arriving for an appointment that animals are on site and permitted to roam around in the back near & in the exam rooms. I know such information would have detoured me from seeking services from this clinic. I'll be seeking dental services elsewhere despite the drive.

I've shown for appointments in the past but when I get there in told they forgot to put me on the calender, another time the person that was suppose to work on me didn't come in. Then if I call in to cancel I have to give them a 24 hour notice. They need to be giving us a 24 hour notice too. That's a waste of a patience time and gas.
