Great audio shop. Helpful, knowledgeable, and they do good work. Talked with me a couple times helping me figure out what I wanted, very informative and didn't try to push things that I didn't really need. Ended up getting exactly what I wanted and a nicely done wiring job. 2018 Audi Q7, not new but new enough that I wouldn't want to have to tear in and do the wiring. They knocked it out of the park, I can't even tell where they've been.

Can honestly say I couldn't be happier with everything! I'm impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I got a new car that came without remote start. Within one day the great staff at Brad’s Car Tunes were able to install a remote start system that used my factory key fob and included a safety shutoff system. They explained everything they were going to do and even gave me a ride back to my office when I dropped off my car. Brad’s Car Tunes isn’t just speakers and stereos, they are “stop scraping frosty windows” too!

Went to Brad's to have a seat heater installed for a Christmas present. Shaine, Brynn and the crew were great to work with. The seat feels hotter than factory. The button looks like it was factory. I'm really satisfied. Only took a few hours. Great customer service. 5 stars!

Spoke with Travis over the phone regarding a Viper alarm going haywire. He assured me that his technician, Mike, was just the man for the job. I brought my car in and within minutes Mike had the alarm reset, the shock sensor dialed down, and the fuse cover reinstalled. I insisted they bill me for an hour's worth of their time but they refused. These guys are the real deal. I will look no further for my future car audio needs.

My experience with the entire staff at Brad's Car Tunes was amazing. I had them do a full system for my Camaro 2SS and I am incredibly happy with the finished product i received. The staff at Brad's Car Tunes built a custom sub box and amp rack then wrapped it in vinyl to match the color palette already existing in my car. They helped me pick out the best products to go into my vehicle and were realistic on the pricing for me without any hassle. Having just completed my first joy ride with the new system i am thoroughly impressed and would recommend anyone looking to get any audio work done on their car to visit this wonderful establishment.

I had a great experience with Brad's thanks to the excellent polite and professional customer service displayed from Cameron, the superb and experienced install by Mike, and the great mix of both by Travis. Don't go across the street they are inexperienced. Brads is who I would recommend in or around Eugene-Springfield area- hands down.

shout out to Travis and the other employees at the store the day i showed up last week .[ blown speaker ]Travis showed me 2 options, did not try to sell the more expensive , said both would sound good . I bought the more expensive it looked tougher for longevity. Went to make apt. and Travis said i can get it done now .Music to my ears. rolled out in 30 min sounds like new .

I own a Wildland fire brush engine and I needed some extra USB chargers installed. Mike B. installed the charging ports and made a modification of a on and off switch on request right then and there when we came to pick up the truck. I will always go to Brads going forward. The price was too good to publish here- I wouldn't want to get anyone in trouble ;)!!

These guys are awesome. They promise customer service and they deliver. These guys even delivered when a dealership told me there was nothing wrong with my car, going out of their way to buy a part to make my remote key start work. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat. The whole team was pleasant to interact with, but Mike went above and beyond.

I bought a dash camera at Brad’s Car Tunes, and the installation was flawless! I should go back in and buy some speakers.

THIS IS THE PLACE!!! my speakers werent working and so i came in for them to look a lil bit and maybe schedule an appointment if they couldnt find what was up real quick. so they found what mightve been it, i went home and it wasnt. BUT i called them back and came back in and they tested the radio and boom that was the deal. picked one that actually fit my car this time (unlike autozone), they fixed up the all the crimping and wire stuff, and told me what to do and sent me on my way with a working car stereo. ABSOLUTELY WHERE U WANNA GO!!!!

I had another great experience with Brad and his team! I was impressed with the new deck they put in my truck a couple years ago but what a huge difference an amp, a sub and new speakers make! I feel like I'm listening to my whole music library again for the first time!
