Mill City Grill is a sweet surprise for a home town diner with awesome comfort food! Our server was so helpful and friendly! We will be back again soon:)

Had the cod and it was delicious! Waitress was very sweet and checked twice to see that we had everything we wanted. Atmosphere was clean and typical for a small town - parking lot was full, but we just parked across the street. Our only complaint was that it was cold inside so we never took off our jackets. This is a small place, but well worth stopping in for a nice variety on the menu and good quality food.

Honestly, our waitress was very helpful. Very kind, the food was great. Big portions but not too big. I loved it. And I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this grill house. By the way, we had the pot roast dinner, so, so far that's all I can recommend but it was great.

Excellent service...relaxed small town atmosphere. Food was good and reasonably priced. Def. will go again!

We ordered their cheeseburger and tater tots to go - order was ready on time and hot when we picked up. I was pleasantly surprised by not just the quantity, but also the quality of the food. Super fresh, generous servings, and GREAT wait staff. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast is awesome again, dinners and sandos as well. Crystal can make a delicious Bloody Mary! Thank you..

Great laid back small town diner, the pot roast dinner was delicious. Was expecting chicken but got beef, and it was even better than I had hoped for. Good wholesome down-home kind of place.

Wow! Our car club from Utah came by -- 24 of us, and Mill City Grill accommodated us for lunch quickly and easily. WOW, THE FOOD WAS GREAT. Everyone said so! I had the best club sandwich and salad. And Mill City Grill brought in a waitress just for us, a pregnant gal, who was the BEST WAITRESS EVER! Just so personable and FAST! And never a negative, took us all in and took care of us! Can't say enough about this restaurant. One of the food highlights of our trip. Yummy and fast!

Amazing! Loved the environment, server was superb! Very kid friendly and even got a wave from the cook :) Clean, cozy, amazing drinks and food, smaller sized portions which we appreciate and they even had markers and crayons and coloring pages for the kiddos. They had an outdoor area but it was under remodel. Highly recommend this place!

This place was great! My friend and I stopped by on a cold day after kayaking on the North Santiam, and I was in the mood for a burger, but the menu was so diverse and inviting, I actually had a really delicious open faced roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes. Tom had a prime rib sandwich. The deep-fried mushroom appetizer was perfect and irresistible. I loved the inviting atmosphere, with comfy booths. We were waited on by a super friendly, nice, attractive wait person -- she made us feel perfectly welcome. She explained the roast was cooked in house and so on. It was absolutely perfect and we'll be back! Wish I'd thought to take photos. Next time!

Great burgers, onion rings, and fries that we enjoyed after our rafting trip down the Santiam. It was a short walk from eNRG Kayaking.

We really enjoyed this restaurant and can see ourselves spending the day at the river and then going here for dinner. My wife and I went here and found that the service was great, the food was hot, the salad was crisp and the food quality was wonderful.

In addition to having a restaurant section, they have a nice back patio area with a fire pit and little bar area with pool table.

From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we had a positive experience. Bob, the owner, was very friendly and you can see how it influences his staff in a positive way. We'll be going back.

Maybe the best French Dip we’ve ever had, so much flavor and the beef was cooked and slightly charred in a really delicious way. Our waitress was so kind and friendly, and even insisted on washing our baby’s little travel bib for us while we packed up. Will definitely stop here for lunch any time we’re passing through.

I am so excited about this new place. I’ve been here 4 times. The staff are so friendly, look so pretty and are attentive. I have had the pot roast and patty melt. Oh and Pie and a delish and fancy fruity French toast special. They are updating the inside and will be having a neat outdoor eating hang out spot. New competition in town... more choices of food and some healthy fresh items. I would recommend this place and one more thing... they seem to be very sanitary and affordable prices. To keep it real... one time my food wasn’t very hot but they took care of that with no problem, and I hope they paint the exterior. The new plants look fantastic! Looking forward to having a fancy Mule cocktail out on the deck.

Hands down the best home cooked meal I've had in Oregon!!! The pot roast is unbelievable!!! Tender and seasoned to perfection. Grilled vegetables were just as good. Service was personable and efficient. Even the strawberry lemonade was sublime, it had a creamy taste that sets it apart from most strawberry lemonades. Shout out to Bob and everyone else that made our dining experience a shear pleasure. We're from Salem and will be returning for another round of pot roast the first opportunity we get... it's so so worth the drive!!! Check out the backyard... plenty of seating and a wonderful fire pit to boot!!! We've found our "go to" place for top notch homemade food!!! See you very soon Bob and company!!!
