Jay recently did all the flowers fir my mother’ funeral. His creativity, product, and willingness to work with me on fine details were very professional ! His presence was friendly as well as professional. I highly recommend the Village Greenery Florist in Centralia, Il.

I love this little hometown shop! My grandmother has taken me here several times since I was little. I use this florist for valentines day & for my grandmother's birthdays. You will not be sorry with your service. Very friendly & very polite!!

They did not have as much options and the owners were very crabby.

Giving a generous one star. Would have given a zero if I could have. Ordered flowers for a funeral and they were not delivered. Went in to the florist the next day and asked and he said no they weren't delivered. Asked if we could have delivered today and he said no. Asked if we could just take with us and he said no. Said they didn't have anything standing in a full store. Asked about a refund and he said he would get around to it and didn't know when. Will never order from here again.

I ordered flowers for a co worker's funeral (her father in law passed). The flowers were never delivered but my card was charged. Had to mail Jay my receipt because he did not believe me. He had no records of delivery, nothing. Still refused to refund. Had to call AMEX to have the money refunded. Its a small town shop, but does not treat its customers like a small town shop should. Horrible experience. Better off going with one of the bigger national companies. Beware..

The people who work at this florist are UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. I spoke to Jay about an order and he was not only snippy but acted like a total DIVA and as though my questions were KILLING him to answer. I would recommend going elsewhere if you need to shop for flowers. Totally unprofessional in every single way.

The customer service there is COMPLETELY RUDE!!!!! They treat you like garbage and expect you to give them money!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! The worst people that work there! I would never recommend them EVER
