Found a nice purse charm, a purse scarf and an umbrella for the fraction of the cost. The charm& scarf adds character & color to my existing Coach purse. The umbrella is very stylish & fits nicely in the purse and it works well. Would highly recommend the accessories for your Coach purse.

Was looking for a last minute gift for a friend. Called around to see if anyone had this specific purse! They had it! They also had others that were similar. I live a few hours away so they took pictures of what they did have in stock and emailed me. After I found an even better purse they sent a link to make the purchase online. The purse was shipped out the same day (Yesterday) and is being delivered today! Thank you so much for your help ladies!!

I came to this store to bring back 2 items I purchased online, and I talked to one of the girls in the store that I was looking for a Rowan Navy purse, and that I was told from another coach store only Hawaii had 12. Well she said let me look it up for you. She looked it up and saw 2 in Hawaii and 2 in Canada and then 1 in Alabama. She said she can call the one in Alabama and see about getting it shipped. So she called and the gave that store my phone number. The other store called me and I purchased it over the phone. Then that store shipped it to me. Thank you to the girl at the Fremont store and to the girl who called me from Alabama and made sure she shipped it my way!!!! The extra effort does not go unnoticed!!!! Thank you again for being so nice and caring about your customers happiness.

Absolutely love doing business with Coach Fremont. They are amazingly helpful and go out of their way to make the shopping experience great. The manager, Tabatha was extremely helpful in getting me the products I was seeking. I will definitely return soon to complete the collection I desire. Be sure to consult Tabitha if you cannot find what you are looking for, she will, without question, go out of her way to make your day.
