The team at Lonsbury were incredibly kind and helped me get back on the road after some car trouble on a trip. They got me in last minute, and did a great job with the repair. Some of the kindest team members, and one of the best car shops I’ve been too!

The communication was top notch. They sent a full vehicle inspection with some suggestions of things we should get done without the pushy sales. They sent a video of the inspection with a description of the problem they uncovered. It was super affordable compared to their peers. I wish they had a Fort Wayne location.

Had to have car towed, bad battery. Fortunately they did other work, brakes, etc., that I had been wanting to get taken care of. Did work in 1 day and delivered car to my home that evening. They explained everything before doing the work. Very courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Before I ever heard of Lonsbury, my car stopped running and I was wondering why but I decided to take my car to Lonsbury and as a Trine student I got a discount and got it taken in with my ignition switch not properly working. About 2 days later the car was fixed and when I found out that my car was done they gave me a ride to their garage.

They always do a great job & honest about what needs to be done for my vehicles. I like seeing pictures and videos to help with understanding of what is going on with my vehicle. Happy customer & will keep coming back!

Had to get an alternator replaced. It was after hours, so I had to leave the car there. The communication the next morning was very quick and car was done the day after. Great customer service

My car was having problems and I took it to Lansbury garage and they took care of it I also had a few other issues with the car that I did not know about they called and let me know what was going on with it and I asked them to fix that stuff as well and they did when I got my car back it was like driving a brand new car I would recommend everyone to take their vehicle to Lansbury Garage they will do a fantastic job.
