The nice sweet red head who works in the afternoons mostly is awesome. She's knowledgeable and loves people. The owner on the other hand, I don't know her name bc she talks over you condescendingly I would probably never have the chance to even ask her name- is snooty, doesn't like to talk to you unless you pay for a consultation and is not compassionate or sympathetic to any problem you come in that door with. I have walked in that place for the last time. I'd rather drive to Fort Wayne once a week than see the way she looked at me again.

What kind of doctor doesn’t list their degree, or field of study on their website, or store front? Also, ownership/employees have a terrible problem with leaving their sign on open, but the doors locked, and the website says they’re open. I’ll gladly be taking my business to a licensed doctor two miles up the road from here on out. If it was possible for half a star rating, I would use it. The one star will have to suffice.

I’m shockingly surprised by how rude the lady was to me today. I asked simple questions and she spoke to me like I was stupid. Unfortunately never going back.
