Holiday Inn Express

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Teine University. The staff was super nice. Ms. Bernadette that handled breakfast was super sweet and hospitable. Rooms were wonderfully cleaned and spacious. Only complaint was the shower door was a little hard to open and close, but it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay.

We first walked in and was greeted with a smiling desk attendant. And that I was guest of the day. Recieved a small bag of candy and a free drink. All staff that we met greeted us with a smile. Very helpful with finding a place close to eat.Rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was very good and alot of choices.

Our family has never reviewed a hotel before, but we were feeling very motivated after our stay. We interacted with three different front desk staff who were super friendly, upbeat, and accommodating. The staff member handling the morning breakfast was very attentive to the breakfast spread and immediately wiped down tables and tidied as guests left. Our 5-year old, who can be picky about these things, loved the waffles and we were all satisfied with the food options. The newly renovated rooms were well thought out. The shower was wonderful. We are big fans of Dove shower products, so that was a welcomed addition. Overall, we were impressed with the quality of our stay. It felt like a real value. Everyone on the staff was doing a stand-out job to make our stay pleasant from start to finish.

Soft beds, high end sheets and comforter, nice air flow, has black out curtains. Uses dove soap in room. They have a gorgeous pool but it was a little cold for me. Truly the nicest hotel that I have stayed in. You will love it! Great service too..

Great hotel. Good breakfast, clean rooms, modern interior, and friendly staff. Close to highway so a great hotel for anyone on a road trip (but it wasn’t loud from the highway).

Convenient location and what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express, which is a good thing! Nice clean rooms & friendly staff, seems to be recently renovated. Breakfast stocked often in the morning. Pool was on the smaller side but perfectly fine, even with a few other kids in at the same time.

Lana checked me in,she was helpful,nice and treated me like a guest. The way hotels used to be. It was refreshing.

The room was clean and the heat was already cranking so we didn't have to wait for the room to warm up; The bathroom was clean and had ample towels. Best of all was the breakfast - there was a gentleman tending the breakfast area who was more than willing to make waffles for the guests with blueberries and chocolate chips. Very friendly and accommodating staff making an overall excellent stay.

Soon to become a Holiday Inn Express. Everything is new including the rooms. Clean and Ikea modern. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was limited due to the switch over. Front desk was nice and helpful.

Staff let me plug in my diesel truck which was very helpful on a cold night.

Excellent service! The continental breakfast was very well done. The scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy were near perfect. There were other offerings too. We've stayed at many hotels over the years through work and personal travel, and most treat a continental breakfast like getting the floors cleaned ... check the box and just get it done. But these guys put some extra energy into quality and great service.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and they really went the extra mile to make breakfast nice and cheerful. We were very tired when we stopped and the front desk staff was great. I was very happy we found this place as our unexpected stop.

In the morning, they offered two kinds of made to offer waffles and their eggs were quite good. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area and need a hotel.

Cleanest facility and definitely the best smelling (not that smoke/chemical smell) we've stayed in since 2020. Price was great. We definitely felt like we got value for our money (pd $96 Inc. tax). Hot breakfast was very good too. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

we stayed here for an overnight after a good friends wedding in July! The small suite we had with 2 beds, and a pull out couch was a great crash pad after a fun night. The breakfast was tasty and the seating area in the lobby was very nice. The breakfast host was very attentive and made sure I got a few bagels to take to my friends who slept through the normal breakfast time. If you need a place to stay in Fremont that’s safe, clean, and affordable. Stay at the Quality Inn!

Truck driver here, tired from long days and disappointed because of an unexpected loss of my truck home (breakdown and major repair), but I was treated like a queen from the time I walked through the doors of the Fremont Quality Inn until I left.

The staff was obviously understaffed, but they did not make me feel as if I were an annoying intruder. Dani and Trish, on the front desk (in addition to other duties), and an older gentleman whose name I did not get, were warm and friendly, with appropriately humorous remarks and accommodating manners.

They gave me a room near the front desk, and the room was spacious and clean. (Thank you, Autumn!) The bed felt like an unscented freshly laundered heaven! The room's TV set was large, like a movie screen. (Had to eventually turn it off, though, because the programming became too thick for my moral tastes. But, still, the set was nice, and the remote worked.)

The staff gave me little unexpected amenities that went a long way in making my stay comfortable and making me feel like a special and valuable customer. The guest laundry room was quiet and neat, the appliances clean.

Highly recommend!

The only problem with the location is no taxi or ride share, and an unavailable hotel shuttle. The only food delivery was a pizza joint and Chinese restaurant. I didn't want pizza, and the Chinese place gave friendly phone and face-to-face service, and heaping helpings of the entree and fresh vegetables, but the food was not spiced the way my Southern palate has become accustomed to having Asian cuisine taste.

But still, the hotel itself was a pleasant mini-vacation for me.

Our room was as expected and comparable to the other local hotels. We checked in quite late but we’re still greeted with kindness and processed quickly.

Shout out to Ken, the waffle wizard, for making our breakfast experience extra special. Very sociable and helpful employee that deserves significant recognition!

I wish I can give this place more than five stars. We booked at the spur the moment And could not have made a better choice. In fact I am not sure I’ve had this level of customer service in any motel or hotel!

After a long day of driving we were greeted by Trish the manager who adjusted our accommodations to fit my family perfectly. She did this without even me asking and with a smile on her face, never mind it was 11 o’clock at night. In the morning, we were greeted by smiling and happy Ken, who made M&M waffles for my kids and made great conversation with my family and my children.

The place was clean and updated, the room was also clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities that we needed. It was quiet.

I could not be more pleased by our experience. 👏👏👏👏👏

This was a great hotel/stay! The Service, the price, the rooms were clean, the breakfast. Love the fact the pool is open late. Would definitely stay here again. Love the extra touches- a cookie and a water when you check in!

I had a four night stay and it was a wonderful experience. Latricia and the rest of the staff were so kind and friendly, if you needed anything all you had to do was ask and they got it right away. The room was clean and large and very comfortable it had a king size bed with buttery soft sheets that you just melt into. Breakfast was always hot and always something different each day. It is the best place to stay in the area. I would be happy to come back here in the future.

Ken, the Waffle Ninja, served me a perfectly made waffle with fresh blueberries, and chatted as friendly as you could want. Service was great. Rooms were clean as were common areas. It was the best hotel for the price that we’ve seen in years. Convenient location and some nice restaurants within a mile or two.
