AT&T Store

Unfortunately I dropped my phone in the river while working, so I had to drive over one town and hope I could get a new phone. Mrs. Lori had me out of that phone with a new case, new phone, and everything in less than an hour! Highly recommend this store for the professionalism and customer service!

Lori is always helpful.she goes above and beyond. She is a true asset to the store and community.

Harold is always so patient and helpful with me. He was able to diagnose my issues immediately it’s a god send that you have people like him for us older folks

I just want to say thank you to two special people that made a day that no one should ever have to go through better. Harold and Joy. I was on my way to my sister's funeral and had to stop on the way at an at&t store because I couldn't make or receive calls on my phone. Because of a glitch, it was going to be 72 hours before the IT guys could even address the situation. I just broke down. I still had a 2 hour drive to go and had already spent a good 2 hours in the store. Harold went out and bought me a phone from Walmart out of his own pocket so I could at least get in touch with my family and would not let me reimburse him while Joy continued to try and figure out what to do. God bless these two! I will never forget them.

Lori tried to help me get my email working. I hope you guys give her a raise. She was extremely helpful.

I went into the att store in Stuttgart Arkansas annoyed that my issues couldn’t be resolved over the phone. The service, the positive attitudes and the attention I received completely changed my mood. Will as well as the other associates went above and beyond to resolve all issues. They are the epitome of team work and professionalism.
